Aira is €149 per user a month, billed monthly, for the company database, AI prospecting, monitoring and on-demand research.

Essentials is $30 per license a month and Professional $50, both on annual billing, which the page marks as 25% off monthly.

Sign.Plus is a separate subscription and prints annual and monthly rates side by side: Free (3 signature requests in total, 1 template, 1 user), Personal $9.99 annual / $14.99 monthly, $119.99 a year (1 user, 10 signature requests a month, 5 templates), Professional $19.99 / $29.99 per user, $239.99 a year (up to 5 users, unlimited requests, 10 templates), Business $29.99 / $49.99 per user, $359.99 a year (unlimited templates, document sharing, Zapier, custom branding), Enterprise $49.99 / $79.99 per user, $599.99 a year (SSO, HIPAA-compliant with BAA, advanced security controls, data residency, priority support).

The only published price is Startup at $600/mo on an annual term, covering 2 users, with additional users available to purchase; Growth and Elite are listed as Custom, so those numbers come from sales rather than the site.

The second thing to pin down is users: Lite includes two, and for a nonprofit with a bookkeeper, a treasurer and a director that is already tight, so establish the per-user cost before you commit.

A free plan (900 credits per seat per year, 2 sequences); paid Basic $49, Professional $79 and Organization $119 per seat/mo billed annually, or $65, $99 and $149 month to month - the annual saving the page advertises is 24%.

Correction: until 28 September 2026 this field described a different company's employee-recognition plan at $3 per user; that was never the price of Assembly's client portal.

Per user per month, billed annually: Starter $5.65, Plus $7.95 (job codes, breaks and notes), Advanced $10.75 (job costing), Expert $16.55 (talk to sales).

Pro is $14.50/mo billed annually, up from $12 in our July and August 2026 captures ($45 for a one-off month); Team about $40/user/mo annual ($50 monthly) with brand controls and shared libraries; Enterprise custom for 20+ seats.

The Sales Essentials CRM is billed separately at €26.08 a month per seat, Sales Advanced at €53.08.

Per user plus a base fee, re-verified on buddypunch.com/pricing on 24 September 2026 (amounts unchanged since 5 September): Starter $5.99 per user a month, Pro $7.99 and Advanced $13.99, each with a $19 base fee a month.

Standard about $42/mo (5 members), Studio ~$67/mo (10), Premium ~$125/mo (25), plus custom Enterprise — all with unlimited projects and unlimited client users; annual billing runs $500/$800/$1,500 per year (two months free), extra members $6.60/user/mo billed annually ($80 a year each).

Teams: Core is $79 per seat a month with 500 credits a month, AI Employee $695 per seat a month with 5,000 credits; both are billed monthly and show a $0 setup fee, footnoted 'waived on prepaid annual'.

Team is for teams of 2 to 150: a standard seat is $20/seat/month billed annually ($25 monthly), and a premium seat is $100/seat/month billed annually ($125 monthly) for 5x the usage of a standard seat, adding Claude Code and Claude Cowork.

A Free Forever plan with unlimited tasks but 60MB of storage; Unlimited $7 and Business $12 per user/month billed yearly, which are $10 and $19 billed monthly; Enterprise is quote-only.

Per-seat: Solo $19, Essentials $49, Growth $109 and Scale $149 per user/mo, or $9, $35, $99 and $139 billed annually — the same twelve amounts we have now read on 23 July, 3, 11 and 14 August and 12 September 2026.

Lite €19, Starter €25, Essential €29 and Expert €49 per user/mo on annual billing, and Expert needs at least 3 licences (re-verified 2026-08-16).

The model is credit-based — their own wording is that 1 credit equals 1 revealed contact — with credits included in the subscription per seat, but no allowance is published.

Above that you buy per hub — Operations, Communications or HR & Skills — and each hub carries a flat base price covering the first 30 users, plus a per-user surcharge only from user 31 onward.

Team and Enterprise carry no amount on the page; the vendor's machine-readable pricing file puts Team at up to 200 seats with 50 Deep searches per seat and Enterprise on contract, and it still gives Free 15 Pro messages where the rendered page says 10.

US PEO starts at $125 per employee a month.

HR is $2 per user, Messaging+ $1.95 per user and Analytics+ $1.50 per user, and the last two are included in Pro.

Personal is $15 per seat / month billed annually or $18 billed monthly; Business is $30 per seat / month annually or $36 monthly; Enterprise is a custom annual contract.

On Freshdesk the annual rates are unchanged since 1 August 2026: Growth $19 per agent per month, Pro $55, Enterprise $89, billed annually.

On the business side the page now lists only Business, at €35 per seat a month billed annually (€420 a year) with 10,000 credits per seat, shared workspace credits and SSO, and Enterprise on a custom annual agreement; the Team plan (€18 a seat, 6,000 credits) that stood beside it in August is gone.

Pro starts at 5 team members with 500 credits, 50 credits included per member, unlimited published apps and workflows, premium integrations and the option to build with your own agent over MCP.

The base-plus-per-employee model is transparent but adds up, and Gusto is US-only — excellent for straightforward US payroll and benefits, but not the pick for international teams or complex multi-entity HR.

HiBob's own pricing FAQ confirms the model: generally per employee, Core HR in every plan with modules added on, and pricing that 'may vary slightly by region'.

Free forever for up to 10 workspace members, with 1,000 AI credits a month and 200MB of storage; Starter $5 per user a month and Teams $12 per user a month on yearly billing, which the page states saves 33% against monthly; Enterprise is custom.

Starter is advertised at $7 per seat a month against a list price of $20 per seat a month, under a banner reading “Save up to 65% on Starter — new customers only, select offers available for a limited time”.

Billed annually: Starter $4.99, Grow $7.50, Team $10, Enterprise $25 per seat per month.

And the per-seat, per-profile tiering means agencies managing many brands climb toward the Custom plan quicker than the headline Starter price suggests: Starter and Launch carry one seat and five profiles at most, Scale three seats and up to 20 profiles at €219 billed yearly, and only Custom goes beyond that.

Workforce Analytics $8/seat/mo, Workflow Optimization $12/seat/mo (a beta open to selected customers), or both bundled at $16/seat/mo (saves 20%); Enterprise custom, and that is where audit logs and SSO sit.

Pro $9.99 per user per month billed annually, $15.99 billed monthly, with 20 hours of transcription.

In US dollars it is $4 per user a month billed monthly or $3 per user a month billed annually, which the page describes as saving $12 per user a year.

MindStudio states it does not mark up model cost — its FAQ says you pay exactly the same price as bringing your own API keys from the providers — and that you can set per-agent and total spend limits and track run cost per agent.

US Payroll Standard is $100 a month as a platform fee plus $20 per employee a month, covering multi-state payroll with W-2s and 1099s, unlimited pay schedules and payroll runs, PTO and leave policies, workforce analytics, same-day deposits, full benefits administration with 401(k) and brokered health, dental and vision, and CRM and ATS integrations; US Payroll Enterprise is custom.

The page opens on annual billing, where Starter is €11, Expert €22 and Dream €33 per user a month; switch the toggle to monthly and the same tiers are €19, €29 and €39.

Per user per month: Lite $8 on annual billing or $10 month-to-month, Core $11 or $14, Premium $14 or $18, which the toggle labels as savings of 20%, 21% and 22%.

So the honest position is that $699 is the floor, and the real per-employee cost depends on a deposit and a spread you have to ask for.

On the euro page, planday.com/de/preise, Starter is €2.99 per user per month with a 5-user minimum, Plus is €4.99 per user with a 10-user minimum plus a €25.00 monthly subscription fee on top of the per-user cost, and Pro is custom-priced with a demo button rather than a figure.

Figures quoted elsewhere — roughly $100 a month for Startup, the $1,500 range for Pro, per-member rates around $12.50 to $15 — do not come from Process Street and we could not verify any of them.

Teams get Drive Professional at $7.99 per user a month for 1 TB each.

The per-seat sticker is the entry ticket; the AI that makes the platform sing is metered separately, so a realistic modern deployment (seats + AI agent + phone) lands well above the tier price — model your full basket.

Add-ons are priced per year on top: payroll 120 SAR per active employee (~$32), POS 600 SAR per user (~$160), extra system users 240 SAR each (~$64) and extra locations 480 SAR each (~$128).

Business is $5 per user a month ($48 a year) and is where documents become unlimited — 10 signers and 3 documents per request, 10 MB, Word files, 10 saved templates, reminders and signing order.

The one figure Rippling publishes is a floor: its global-payroll page advertises 'Starting at $8 per month per user' for the platform (HR, payroll, benefits, spend, devices and apps).

Our earlier reading called this “$29–99 per user” with Growth at about $29–39 and Pro at about $49.

It returns a 403 to plain fetches but renders normally in a browser, so these are their published figures rather than third-party ones: Basic $99 per seat from 1 seat, Starter $70 from 5 seats, Pro $39.95 from 20, Agency $29.98 from 50 and Enterprise $24.99 from 100.

Three per-seat eSignature tiers: Personal $15 a month billed monthly or $10 billed yearly ($120), single seat, 5 documents sent for signature a month and no templates; Business $30 or $20 a seat ($240), unlimited sending under a fair-usage note and 5 templates; Business Pro $40 or $30 a seat ($360), with roles, permissions and unlimited templates.

The paid tier — the card the page marks Most popular — is €1 per user with a minimum of 20 licences, and it is where the caps come off: unlimited signature templates, unlimited banner campaigns, a custom subdomain for deliverability, multi-entity segmentation, A/B testing with click statistics, and no badge.

Three plans on signNow's live checkout page, read in a browser on 26 September 2026 from the EU: Business EUR 8, Business Premium EUR 15 and Enterprise EUR 30 a month billed annually, against EUR 20, EUR 30 and EUR 50 month-to-month (the cards state the annual saving as EUR 144, EUR 180 and EUR 240); signnow.com/pricing.md, read the same day, gives the annual rates as $8, $15 and $30 per user a month.

The credit model plus US carrier (10DLC) fees and per-number/per-seat add-ons mean the sticker isn't the whole bill — and SMS marketing only works with genuine opt-in and a real offer, not blasting a cold list.

Team is $15 per seat a month billed annually, or $20 billed monthly, with a minimum of 3 billable users, 5,000 records per solution, 50GB of storage and a 30-day recycle bin.

Pro is $29 per seat a month billed yearly or $39 billed monthly, and Business is $59 per seat a month billed yearly or $79 monthly; the page says yearly billing saves about 25%, and its FAQ says prices exclude VAT.

The Turbotic AI Assistant is $25 per seat per month and includes 1,500 credits a month, with additional credits bought as needed.

Additional users are $89 a month on every plan - an add-on, not a starting price.

Your first digital business card is free, with extra seats on a Team plan at $6 per user per month; Business+ card pricing is custom.

That ambition is also the honest caveat — it's a young product making a big promise, its price ladder was rebuilt in August 2026 with a top tier at $597 per user a month, and independent review coverage is still thin (one rating on the US App Store on 29 September 2026).
