The yearly toggle says “Save up to 33%”. The script prices other currencies directly rather than converting: yearly per seat a month that is €8, €14 and €24, £7, £12 and £22, or C$12, C$27 and C$39. A fourth tier, Build Your Plan, is custom-priced for 5+ seats or high volume. New since September is a separate Intelligent Contract Management tab: ICM Core $45 and ICM Pro $60 a month per seat, each with a minimum of 3 seats and a Request Demo button rather than a checkout.

Themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Signeasy ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

When the paid plan is worth it

Signeasy's pricing page lists no free plan, only a 14-day free trial, and four tiers. Personal ($10/month/seat annual, $120 yearly; $15/seat monthly) covers 1 user and no templates. Business ($20/month/seat annual, $240 yearly; $30/seat monthly) adds 5 templates, automatic reminders and sequential signing. Business Pro ($30/month/seat annual, $360 yearly; $40/seat monthly) adds roles and permissions, team usage reports, unlimited templates, SharePoint and HubSpot. The fourth tier, Build Your Plan, is custom-priced for 5+ seats or high document volume.

The compare table's “Send for signature via email” row reads 5/month for Personal and Unlimited for the other three; the Business plan card's own feature “Send unlimited documents for signature” carries a tooltip ending “Fair usage policy applies.” API, SSO, HIPAA compliance and bulk send are ticked only in Build Your Plan's column; across the three seat-priced tiers those rows are blank or Add-on, and the API row carries the footnote “*Comes at an additional cost”.

Signature APIs are priced separately across four cards: a $0 Starter sandbox for 100 requests, Intermediate at $125/month ($1,499 billed annually) for 1000, Advanced at $250/month ($2,999 billed annually) for 2000 — both asterisked to “Fair usage restrictions applicable” — and a custom-quote tier. If contract management is the reason you are looking at Business Pro, note that it now has its own ladder above it. Read on 4 October 2026, the new ICM tab prices ICM Core at $45 and ICM Pro at $60 a month per seat, each with a minimum of 3 seats: at least $135 or $180 a month before anything else.

ICM Core adds a contract repository, approval and delegation workflows, 5 shared workspaces, conversational search and renewal alerts; bulk send and SSO arrive only on ICM Pro. Upgrading within the eSignature tiers does not reach those features, and neither ICM card has a self-serve checkout.

How to actually use Signeasy

Start inside the 14-day trial with one real document and one template: upload, place fields, send. Templates are the tier trip-wire, since Personal has none, Business has 5 and Business Pro unlimited, so pick the tier before building a library. The bigger snag is Signeasy's own documentation. Its public FAQ describes a free account with 3 documents to sign, a “Pro plan” at 39.99 US$ per year and pay-as-you-go credits of 10 documents for 4.99 US$, none of which appear on the pricing page.

The FAQ calls that plan “for individual professionals only”. Mobile buyers writing public App Store reviews report the app prompting them to subscribe or renew while a paid subscription is active. The API pricing page's Starter card carries a Get Started button linking straight to developer.signeasy.com/signup for a free sandbox; the same page's FAQ answers “How can I try out the Signeasy APIs?” with contact us, after which a solution expert reaches out within 24–48 business hours with details on how to provision a sandbox account.

The natural comparison is DocuSign — DocuSign is the enterprise default with the deepest integration catalog; Signeasy is the simpler, cheaper-per-seat alternative for SMB sending and signing.

What does the $10 Personal plan not let me do?

Send, mostly. Signing is unlimited on every tier, but Personal sends only 5 contracts for signature a month, is a single user, and carries no templates at all. Unlimited sending, shared team templates, collaboration and 24/7 email support start at Business ($20 a seat on yearly billing); roles, permissions and the contract-management layer start at Business Pro ($30). Because the cap sits on sending rather than signing, the cheapest tier suits someone who mainly receives documents to sign — a solo sender with real volume runs into the limit in the first month. Do the people I send documents to have to pay?

No. Signeasy's own FAQ on the pricing page is explicit: recipients pay nothing and do not even need a registered account to sign what you send them. Seats are counted as senders, not signers. Budget instead for the add-on list, which is where the published pricing stops: SMS sending, single sign-on, bulk send, HIPAA compliance and 21 CFR Part 11 are all sold as add-ons that attach to any plan, and every one of the five carries a Request Demo button rather than a price. If one of those is a requirement rather than a nicety, the per-seat figure is not your real cost and you will need a quote. Read 16 September 2026.
