The Quote-Only Club
33 of the tools we researched publish no price at all: you get one from a sales call. Another 15 publish an entry price but quote the top plan or the final order. Who they are, and how to handle a quote.
How to handle quote-only pricing
- Ask for the floor first. "What's the entry price for a team our size?" — before any demo.
- Get it in writing, with the renewal rate. Quote-only often hides a steep year-two increase.
- Name the alternatives. Mentioning a public-priced competitor is the fastest way to a real number.
- Watch the annual lock. The quote usually assumes an annual (or multi-year) commitment.
- Right-size the seats. Quote-only vendors price on your headcount — don't buy seats you won't use.

Its machine-readable site index (llms.txt) now lists pricing-plans and pricing-packages pages, but both describe custom pricing without an amount, hibob.com/pricing leads to a demo-request form, and neither our July nor our August 2026 capture retrieved an amount.

This is enterprise omnichannel supply-chain software, and the opaque, quote-based pricing signals the target customer: retail brands with real scale, not small stores.
