Leadpages

Is Leadpages worth it?

Leadpages is genuinely best for small businesses building landing pages and simple funnels who want unmetered traffic — no per-visitor anxiety, unlike metered rivals. Skip it if you need deep A/B experimentation or enterprise features — the Conversion tier jumps to $299/mo fast.

From the Leadpages review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Leadpages cost?

Two lines: HTML Pub publishing at $10 to $49/mo and Leadpages conversion plans at $99 to $399/mo. HTML Pub runs Starter $10/mo, Pro $29/mo and Business $49/mo; the Leadpages side runs Grow $99/mo, Optimize $199/mo and Scale $399/mo, and every Leadpages plan states unlimited traffic where Unbounce and Instapage still meter it. (re-verified 2026-08-04) Always verify the live price.

From the Leadpages review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Leadpages?

It's the value pick, not the optimisation pick — if you're spending big on ads, Unbounce's Smart Traffic and Instapage's 1:1 personalisation go deeper.

From the Leadpages review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

LearnWorlds

Is LearnWorlds worth it?

LearnWorlds is genuinely best for course creators and training businesses that want a branded school with interactive video, assessments, certificates and a built-in checkout. Skip it if you sell only occasional courses (a lighter or transaction-fee-only platform may cost less) or you just need to host a few videos behind a paywall.

From the LearnWorlds review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does LearnWorlds cost?

Starter $29/mo (or $24 annual) plus a $5-per-enrollment fee; Pro Trainer $99/mo (no transaction fee); Learning Center $299/mo; High Volume/Corporate custom. 30-day trial. A branded mobile app is a separate ~$149/mo add-on, and your payment gateway (e.g. Stripe ~2.9%+$0.30) charges on top regardless. Always verify the live price.

From the LearnWorlds review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with LearnWorlds?

The detail most people miss is Starter's $5-per-enrollment fee — at any real sales volume it quietly makes Starter more expensive than the flat Pro Trainer plan, so the "cheap" tier often isn't. The genuinely powerful interactive-video and assessment features live higher up, and the branded mobile app is a steep separate add-on. Price it against your expected enrollment volume, not the sticker.

From the LearnWorlds review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Leavo

Is Leavo worth it?

Leavo is genuinely best for teams that want straightforward time-tracking, attendance and overtime banking with transparent per-user pricing. Skip it if you need a permanent free plan (this is a 30-day trial), or you're a tiny team where a shared spreadsheet already covers hours.

From the Leavo review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Leavo cost?

30-day free trial with unlimited members (a trial, not a permanent free plan). Professional $2.49/user/mo billed yearly (about $448/yr for 15 users) adds unlimited features and overtime banking; Premium $4.15/user/mo yearly (about $747/yr for 15). Priced per user, annual billing. Always verify the live price.

From the Leavo review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Leavo?

The tidy per-user numbers are annual-billed, and it's priced per seat — every employee you track adds to the bill, with no volume break shown. And the “free” is a 30-day trial, not a permanent free tier: budget for the paid plan from day 31.

From the Leavo review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

lemlist

Is lemlist worth it?

lemlist is genuinely best for outbound teams that live in cold email and want multichannel sequences, warm-up and a big template community in one per-seat tool. Skip it if you send occasional one-off campaigns — the entry plan starts at 69€/month and only pays off with steady outbound volume.

From the lemlist review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does lemlist cost?

(re-verified 2026-08-03, read on their own pricing page, which quoted euros) No free plan, a 14-day trial. Email is 69€/month, or 55€/month on yearly billing, and covers unlimited users and 50,000 emails a month. Multichannel is 109€/month per user, or 87€/month yearly, with unlimited emails and messages and 5 senders per user. Enterprise (5+ users) is quote-only. Contact data is billed separately on rechargeable credits at 1 credit = 0.01€ (1,000 credits = 10€): 5 credits per verified email, 20 credits per phone number, and intent signals from 20 credits each. Always verify the live price.

From the lemlist review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with lemlist?

The per-seat plus per-email-account model makes total cost unpredictable as you scale, and reviews flag support response times and the LinkedIn Chrome-extension's reliability.

From the lemlist review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

LettrLabs

Is LettrLabs worth it?

LettrLabs is genuinely best for local businesses and e-commerce brands using robotically handwritten mail (~$0.49/piece incl. postage) to stand out where email gets ignored. Skip it if your audience or offer doesn't justify ~$0.49 per contact — direct mail only pays at decent response rates and order values.

From the LettrLabs review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does LettrLabs cost?

Robotically handwritten pieces start around $0.49 each including postage (2026). Always verify the live price.

From the LettrLabs review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with LettrLabs?

Direct mail only pays off with a tight list and a real offer — it's a leverage channel, not a cheap thing to test blindly.

From the LettrLabs review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Lindy.ai

Is Lindy.ai worth it?

Lindy.ai is genuinely best for teams that live in Slack and want one shared teammate that sits in their meetings, runs scheduled routines and drafts replies inside the tools they already use. Skip it if you want flat, predictable automation costs across a large team — Lindy charges for every seat that touches it and the credits expire each cycle, so you pay for people whether or not they used their allowance.

From the Lindy.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Lindy.ai cost?

(re-verified 2026-08-10, read on their own pricing page) Now sold per user, and the credit allowance is published again: Plus $29.99/mo per user (3k credits per user per month), Pro $99.99/mo per user (15k credits, 5x Plus) or Max $199.99/mo per user (35k credits, ~12x Plus). Enterprise is quote-only. Every seat's credits pool into one workspace balance, refresh each billing cycle and do not roll over; the page sizes work as 2-250 credits for an everyday ask, 250-1,000 for deep work and 1,000-2,500 for a big build. Anyone who uses Lindy takes a paid seat, including colleagues who only @mention it in Slack — those who join that way get a 7-day free trial first, direct signups are billed straight away. All four tiers connect up to 5 inboxes, and computer use, model selection and MCP support are no longer tier-gated. Always verify the live price.

From the Lindy.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Lindy.ai?

Cost tracks headcount rather than output: every colleague who so much as @mentions Lindy in Slack takes a paid seat, and a seat you remove runs to the end of the cycle with no mid-cycle proration. Credits are published now, but as ranges — an everyday ask is 2-250, a big build 1,000-2,500 — so a month is still an estimate, and when the shared pool runs dry there is no top-up: Lindy pauses credit-using actions until the reset unless an admin moves the workspace to a bigger plan.

From the Lindy.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Livestorm

Is Livestorm worth it?

Livestorm is genuinely best for teams running a predictable programme of webinars to a known audience size, where buying a year of attendance up front is cheaper than a per-seat platform. Skip it if your webinar schedule is irregular or experimental, because paying a year ahead for attendance you cannot forecast is the wrong shape; a per-month platform is safer while you find out what works.

From the Livestorm review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Livestorm cost?

(2026-08-01, read on their own pricing page) There is no plan price. Pro is sold as attendee credits at €2.50 each, bought annually up front, with sessions up to 4 hours and unlimited team members. Enterprise is quote-only with sessions up to 12 hours. Their own definition: one attendee credit is used for each unique participant, per session, over a 12-month period, and team members are not counted. The page shows a slider with 400 credits as an example but does not display the total, and states no minimum purchase. Always verify the live price.

From the Livestorm review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Livestorm?

This is a bet on attendance that you place a year in advance. You buy credits up front at €2.50 each, and a credit is spent per unique participant per session — so a four-part series to the same 200 people is 800 credits, not 200, which is €2,000. A webinar that does better than expected runs you out; one nobody attends still cost you nothing back. The page will not show you a total: the slider moves but the price does not appear until you engage. Before you commit, count sessions times expected attendees for the whole year, and ask what happens to unused credits at the twelve-month mark, because the page does not say.

From the Livestorm review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Logome.ai

Is Logome.ai worth it?

Logome.ai is genuinely best for founders and small businesses that want a professional-looking logo and basic brand assets generated fast and cheaply, without hiring a designer. Skip it if you need a truly bespoke, trademark-safe brand identity (hire a designer), or the single-file Basic tier won't give you the formats you actually need.

From the Logome.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Logome.ai cost?

Design and preview free (no signup), but downloads require a paid plan: Basic about $29/mo ($19 annual, 1 logo file), Premium about $99/mo ($49 annual, 5 logos, transparent backgrounds, high-res formats, full ownership), Logo + Brand Kit about $199/mo ($99 annual, full identity package). All paid plans include commercial rights. Always verify the live price.

From the Logome.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Logome.ai?

Update, 21 Jul 2026: Logome's public website, including its pricing page, is currently returning 404 and only the app itself still loads, so we cannot verify any price or plan detail right now. Treat the figures below as last-known rather than confirmed, and check what you are actually charged before you commit. The honest catch is the free-to-design, pay-to-download model — you can fall in love with a logo before you learn that using it costs a subscription, and the Basic tier gives just one file without a transparent background, which pushes most real users to Premium. AI logos are also a starting point, not a trademark: they can resemble common templates, so check distinctiveness before you build a brand on one. For a fast, cheap first identity, it's genuinely handy.

From the Logome.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Lucrovox

Is Lucrovox worth it?

Lucrovox is genuinely best for local service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, med spas — losing revenue to missed calls who want a 24/7 AI receptionist that books jobs straight into Google Calendar, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or Jobber. Skip it if your call volume is tiny (100 Starter calls is the whole point) or your callers expect a human — ring their live demo line first and judge the voice yourself.

From the Lucrovox review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Lucrovox cost?

Published pricing, 14-day free trial on every plan (Enterprise 30-day; you are not charged until day 15). Starter $199/mo for up to 100 AI-handled calls; Pro $499/mo for up to 500 calls with CRM integration and advanced lead qualification; Enterprise $999/mo for up to 2,000 calls, white-label and multi-location. Higher volume is custom. (Correction 14 Jul 2026: an earlier version of this review said pricing wasn’t public — it is, in the pricing section of their homepage; their /pricing URL 404s, which is what tripped us up.) Always verify the live price.

From the Lucrovox review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Lucrovox?

The meter is AI-handled calls: Starter’s 100 calls a month is roughly three a day, so a genuinely busy shop outgrows it quickly — and the steps are steep ($199 → $499 → $999). The ‘callers can’t tell it’s AI’ claim is the vendor’s own: they offer a live demo number, so test that before you commit.

From the Lucrovox review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

ManyChat

Is ManyChat worth it?

ManyChat is genuinely best for creators and brands running comment-to-DM and multi-channel (Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp) marketing funnels — its killer feature works reliably. Skip it if you want true conversational AI support, or you have a fast-growing contact list — the flow logic is rigid and contact-based billing climbs fast.

From the ManyChat review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does ManyChat cost?

The free tier is now tiny (25 contacts after the March-2026 change); paid from $14/mo (Essential), most land on Pro ~$29/mo, up to Business ~$69/mo — and the bill scales with contacts (10k ≈ $131/mo, 25k ≈ $507/mo) (2026). Always verify the live price.

From the ManyChat review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with ManyChat?

Flows are button-and-script based, not natural language — type something unexpected and the bot falls back. The AI add-on is closer to keyword-matching than real conversational AI, billing scales with contacts (a viral Reel can spike your bill), and support is email-only and slow.

From the ManyChat review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

MarketerHire

Is MarketerHire worth it?

MarketerHire is genuinely best for companies that need a vetted senior marketer (growth, paid ads, email, more) matched quickly, without the time and risk of a full-time hire. Skip it if you need cheap, task-level help (a freelance marketplace fits) or you can't yet brief and direct a senior marketer toward a clear goal.

From the MarketerHire review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does MarketerHire cost?

Retainer-based (2026). Reported tiers roughly Starter ~$5,000/mo, Pro ~$10,000/mo, Elite ~$15,000/mo, with hour-based options too (senior talent ~$100–$200/hr, minimums ~10–20 hrs/week). A fully refundable two-week trial and free rematch if the fit is off. Always verify the live price.

From the MarketerHire review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with MarketerHire?

This is expert freelance talent at expert prices — the value is speed and vetting (a matched senior marketer in days, not a months-long hire), but it is a real five-figure-a-month commitment for serious engagements, not a cheap gig marketplace. Because it's talent, not software, outcomes depend on the individual and how well you brief them; the rematch guarantee helps, but you still own the strategy. Right when a great marketer would pay for themselves, wrong as a budget stopgap.

From the MarketerHire review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Marketing 360

Is Marketing 360 worth it?

Marketing 360 is genuinely best for small businesses that want one vendor handling website, CRM, ads, email and reputation with real humans to help, and prefer done-for-you over DIY. Skip it if you're comfortable assembling your own stack (it'll cost far less), or you need transparent, predictable pricing you can budget upfront.

From the Marketing 360 review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Marketing 360 cost?

Quote-based, not listed publicly (2026). Reported core software around $395–$419/mo (with marketing consultations), but design and custom website work are separate and can run from $2,000 into five figures, and managed ad services layer on top. Get a full written quote. Always verify the live price.

From the Marketing 360 review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Marketing 360?

Two honest cautions. Pricing is hidden and quote-driven, and reviewers repeatedly flag that the real cost — software plus design plus managed services — climbs well above the headline, sometimes with recurring fees for features you don't use. And it's an all-in-one "we'll do it for you" model, which is great if you want a single vendor and a human team, but it can mean less flexibility and more lock-in than assembling best-of-breed tools. Ask exactly what's included before signing.

From the Marketing 360 review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

MeetGeek

Is MeetGeek worth it?

MeetGeek is genuinely best for people who run many external meetings and need a searchable record — the summaries earn their keep when you cannot remember which of four calls a detail came from. Skip it if your meetings are internal and few, because the note-taking in your existing conferencing tool covers that; also skip Pro if you record daily, since twenty hours will not last.

From the MeetGeek review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does MeetGeek cost?

(2026-08-01, read on their own pricing page) Basic is free. Pro $9.99 per user per month with 20 hours of transcription. Business $17 per user per month with unlimited transcription, aggregated analytics, exports and admin user management. Enterprise is quote-only with API and MCP access. Extra transcription hours are $0.50 each. A 14-day free trial runs on the paid tiers. Always verify the live price.

From the MeetGeek review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with MeetGeek?

The meter is transcription hours and Pro gives you twenty a month, which is about an hour a working day. That sounds generous until you count the meetings you would actually record — a sales rep on four calls a day passes it in the first week, and the overage is $0.50 an hour. Unlimited transcription is the real reason to be on Business at $17, so treat Pro as a plan for occasional recording rather than a cheaper version of the same thing. Worth checking before you buy: consent. A recorder that joins every meeting changes what people say in them, and that is a policy decision rather than a pricing one.

From the MeetGeek review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Melio

Is Melio worth it?

Melio is genuinely best for small businesses that want to pay bills by bank transfer or card and get paid, starting free with no subscription. Skip it if you already run AP through robust accounting software with bill-pay built in — a second tool adds little.

From the Melio review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Melio cost?

A free Go plan (5 free ACH/mo, then $0.50 each); paid Core about $25/mo (20 free ACH), Boost $55, Unlimited $80 (2026). Card payments a flat 2.9%; check and wire fees apply. 30-day trial. Always verify the live price.

From the Melio review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Melio?

The free plan is genuinely useful for low bill volume, but the value case narrows as you scale into paid tiers — and the 2.9% card fee only makes sense when you're deliberately floating cash on a card for rewards or timing.

From the Melio review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

MindStudio

Is MindStudio worth it?

MindStudio is genuinely best for operators and teams that want to build and deploy real AI agents and workflows visually, across many models, without engineering time. Skip it if you need one simple chatbot (simpler tools exist) or deeply custom logic that ends up easier in actual code.

From the MindStudio review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does MindStudio cost?

Free tier (~1,000 runs/mo, 200+ models); Individual about $20/mo ($16 annual) with unlimited agents; Pro ~$60/mo ($48 annual, 25,000 runs, API); Business/Enterprise custom. Model usage is passed through at provider cost, without markup. Always verify the live price.

From the MindStudio review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with MindStudio?

The no-markup model pass-through is genuinely fair — but it also means your real cost is subscription PLUS model spend, and an agent that loops or processes big documents burns provider credits invisibly until you set limits. The honest build discipline: start every agent with usage caps, and treat 'no-code' as no-code for the plumbing — the logic design and prompt quality are still entirely on you.

From the MindStudio review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Miro

Is Miro worth it?

Miro is genuinely best for teams that think visually — brainstorms, flowcharts, retros, workshops and planning on an infinite shared canvas with strong templates and facilitation tools. Skip it if your work is mostly documents or task tracking (a doc or PM tool fits better) or most of your company would only ever need to view, not edit.

From the Miro review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Miro cost?

A free plan (3 editable boards workspace-wide, unlimited members, 10 AI credits/mo); Starter about $8/member/mo billed annually ($10 monthly), Business $20/member/mo annual ($25 monthly), Enterprise custom from 30 seats. Annual saves roughly 20%; Miro AI runs on monthly credit allowances per plan. Always verify the live price.

From the Miro review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Miro?

Per-member pricing charges for every member added to the workspace, so an org-wide rollout multiplies at full headcount — and the free plan's 3-board cap is workspace-wide, not per person, so real teams outgrow it in days. Model who truly needs to edit before you buy seats.

From the Miro review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Mktg.ai

Is Mktg.ai worth it?

Mktg.ai is genuinely best for marketing teams with real media spend across channels who want an always-on AI analyst — unified creative visibility, live performance signals and plain-language questions over their own data. It layers on top of your existing platforms rather than replacing them, with setup the vendor puts at under 30 minutes. Skip it if your ad spend is modest (the value scales with budget waste, and yours is small), or you want transparent self-serve pricing before a sales call.

From the Mktg.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Mktg.ai cost?

No public pricing (verified 17 Jul 2026): the pricing page returns a 404 and the site funnels everything to ‘Book a Demo’. The affiliate program pays per paid subscription, so subscriptions exist — but rates require a sales conversation. Budget accordingly. Always verify the live price.

From the Mktg.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Mktg.ai?

Two honest cautions. First, the pricing is fully hidden — no tiers, no ranges, a 404 where the pricing page should be — which for a tool that promises spend transparency is an irony worth noticing. Second, the ROI story on the homepage (‘on a $5M media budget, teams typically recover over $100K’) is the vendor’s own illustration, not an audited benchmark — ask for verified case numbers on the demo call.

From the Mktg.ai review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Momence

Is Momence worth it?

Momence is genuinely best for class-based businesses — studios, gyms, salons, schools — that want scheduling, memberships, payments and marketing in one system with a member app. Skip it if you only need a simple calendar-booking link (a lightweight scheduler is cheaper) or you won't accept platform fees on top of card processing.

From the Momence review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Momence cost?

Three tiers after the 2025 restructure: Basic at $0/mo but with a 5% Momence fee on every transaction (plus ~4% passed to clients), Pro about $60/mo with a 2.5% fee, and Custom around $199/mo with no Momence fee — all plus standard card processing (~3.9% + $0.30 in the US). Always verify the live price.

From the Momence review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Momence?

The 'free' plan is the most expensive one once you have real volume: a 5% commission on every sale overtakes Pro's $60 flat fee around $30k/year in processed revenue. Pick your tier by volume, not by sticker.

From the Momence review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

monday.com

Is monday.com worth it?

monday.com is genuinely best for teams who want one visual system for projects and work, and who will actually use the automations and views that justify the per-seat price at Standard or above. Skip it if you are two or three people who need a shared list — the free tier caps at 2 seats and 3 boards, and paying per seat for views you will not use is the most common way this gets expensive; also skip it if you only want the CRM, since that is a separate subscription and worth pricing against dedicated CRMs.

From the monday.com review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does monday.com cost?

(2026-08-01, read on their own pricing page) Work Management: Free €0 (max 2 seats), Basic €9, Standard €12, Pro €19 per seat/month; Enterprise quote-only. Automations and integrations are capped per tier: 250 actions/month on Standard, 25,000 on Pro, 250,000 on Enterprise. API calls 1,000/day on Standard, 10,000 on Pro. monday CRM is a separate subscription (Basic €12 annual / €18 monthly, Standard €17/€25, Pro €28/€41, minimum 3 seats), and monday Dev and monday Service are separate again (Service starts at €31/seat/month). Always verify the live price.

From the monday.com review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with monday.com?

The seat price is not the product price. monday sells four products — Work Management, CRM, Dev and Service — each on its own subscription, and the €9 you see first is the cheapest tier of one of them. A sales team that wants the CRM pays €12 to €28 a seat on top of whatever Work Management costs, with a three-seat minimum of its own. The second number to find before you commit is the automation cap. Standard allows 250 automation actions a month across the whole account; if you are buying monday because of the automations you saw demoed, 250 is roughly one workflow running a few times a day, and the next step up is Pro at more than double the seat price. Free is capped at two seats and three boards, which makes it a preview rather than a plan.

From the monday.com review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Moosend

Is Moosend worth it?

Moosend is genuinely best for small businesses and marketers who want affordable email marketing and automation with a low entry price, a real free trial and a clean drag-and-drop builder. Skip it if you run a very large list where per-subscriber pricing adds up, or you only need transactional/API email — a developer-focused sender is cheaper for that.

From the Moosend review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Moosend cost?

(2026, re-verified 26 Jul 2026) 30-day free trial, no credit card. The Pro email-marketing plan is priced by contact-list size: at 500 contacts it is $9/month billed monthly or $7/month billed annually (save 20%; biannual saves 15%), and the price climbs as you move up the contact slider (which runs to 1,000,000). Instead of a subscription you can buy email credits with no time limit: 350,000 credits for $350, 500,000 for $500, 750,000 for $750, 1,000,000 for $1,000. Moosend+ (Pro plus the add-ons you pick) and Enterprise are quote-based. Always verify the live price.

From the Moosend review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Moosend?

The friendly $7-9 headline is the entry rate at the smallest list size (500 contacts) — Moosend's pricing scales with your contact count, so as your list grows the monthly bill climbs with it, and the lowest rate assumes you pay a year up front. Read the comparison table before you assume Pro covers you, too: transactional emails, SSO and SAML, a dedicated IP, hosted files and an account manager are all marked as Moosend+ add-ons rather than included.

From the Moosend review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Motive

Is Motive worth it?

Motive is genuinely best for fleets large enough that ELD compliance and dash-cam evidence are already costing you money, and who will negotiate a quote rather than accept the first one. Skip it if you run a handful of vehicles and want to know the price before a sales call — that is not available here, and competitors in this category do publish per-vehicle rates.

From the Motive review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Motive cost?

(2026-08-01, read on their own pricing page) No prices are shown. The pricing page is a lead-capture form — a four-step email capture before any figure appears. No per-vehicle rate, no plan names with amounts, no contract length and no hardware cost is published anywhere on the page. Always verify the live price.

From the Motive review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Motive?

A pricing page with a form where the prices should be. That is the finding, and it matters more in fleet than in software generally, because the real cost here is not a monthly rate: it is hardware per vehicle, a contract term that is usually multi-year, and an early-termination position you will not hear about until you want out. None of that is public. Before the demo call, decide your own numbers — vehicles, contract length you will accept, and what you currently pay per truck — because in a quote-only category the first number you hear is anchored to what they think you can pay, not to a rate card.

MRPeasy

Is MRPeasy worth it?

MRPeasy is genuinely best for small manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors who want dependable production planning and inventory control without a heavy ERP or a dedicated IT team. Skip it if you're a large or highly complex manufacturer, or you need deep customisation, advanced analytics and forecasting — MRPeasy is built for simplicity, not complexity.

From the MRPeasy review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does MRPeasy cost?

From about $49/user/mo across four tiers; the first 10 users pay the tier rate, then each extra block of 10 users is a flat ~$79/mo — all plans include unlimited orders and items (2026). Always verify the live price.

From the MRPeasy review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with MRPeasy?

Paying ~$50 per user just so a shop-floor worker can clock in and out feels steep when they'll touch a fraction of the features. Customisation and reporting are limited, and there's no advanced demand forecasting or AI — so larger or highly complex manufacturers will outgrow it.

From the MRPeasy review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Murf

Is Murf worth it?

Murf is genuinely best for creators, trainers and product teams that need studio-quality voiceovers in many languages without booking voice actors — explainers, courses, product videos. Skip it if you need real emotional acting range for premium brand work (humans still win), or your volume is tiny enough that free TTS built into your video tool suffices.

From the Murf review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Murf cost?

Free plan (10 minutes, no downloads); Creator about $29/mo ($19 annual) with 24h of generation/year and commercial rights; Business about $99/mo ($66 annual, 96h/year); Enterprise custom with cloning and SOC 2. API from ~$0.01-0.03 per 1,000 characters. Always verify the live price.

From the Murf review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Murf?

The meter is generation hours per YEAR, not per month — 24 hours sounds generous until you count retakes, and regenerating a script three times bills three times. Voice quality is genuinely strong, but the honest test for any TTS is your specific language, names and jargon: generate your hardest paragraph in the trial before subscribing, because demo voices always sound better than your edge cases.

From the Murf review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
Is Navan worth it?

Navan is genuinely best for companies that want self-serve travel booking with built-in policy control — genuinely free — and optionally unified expense management on top. Skip it if your travel volume is a few trips a year (any booking site does), or you need expense-only tooling without the travel layer.

From the Navan review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Navan cost?

Business Travel is genuinely free (funded by travel-supplier commissions) including booking, policy enforcement and basic expense capture; the Expense product is free for the first 15 users then ~$15/user/mo; Enterprise custom for 300+ employees. Always verify the live price.

From the Navan review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Navan?

'Free' is real but has a mechanism: Navan earns commission on bookings made through its inventory, so the platform's incentive is that your travel flows through Navan — pricing on specific routes/hotels deserves an occasional spot-check against direct booking. The paid expense tier is where unified T&E gets real; the 15-free-users threshold makes the trial honest for small teams.

From the Navan review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Ngram

Is Ngram worth it?

Ngram is genuinely best for product and marketing teams that want to turn docs, screenshots and recordings into polished, on-brand videos quickly and repeatably. Skip it if you need bespoke, high-end studio production, or your video volume would make the per-export credit model expensive versus a flat-fee tool.

From the Ngram review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Ngram cost?

(re-verified 2026-08-07, read on their own pricing page) Credit-based, four published tiers plus a quote-only Enterprise. Free is a one-time 600-credit allocation, capped at 60 seconds of premium AI generation and 720p exports. Basic is $29/mo, or $23.20/mo billed annually at $278.40 a year, with 3,000 credits a month and up to 300 seconds. Premium is $59/mo, or $47.20 annually at $566.40 a year, with 10,000 credits and up to 1,000 seconds at 1080p. Ultimate is $299/mo, or $239.20 annually at $2,870.40 a year, with 50,000 credits and up to 5,000 seconds at 4K. Annual billing saves 20%. Credits are the real meter: premium AI video generation runs from 10 credits per second and agentic video editing at 1 credit per second, with top-ups priced at 1,000 credits for $40 on Free, $20 on Basic, $15 on Premium and $10 on Ultimate. Always verify the live price.

From the Ngram review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Ngram?

The sticker price buys a credit allowance, not finished video, and the two are easy to confuse. Premium AI generation runs from 10 credits a second, so Basic's 3,000 credits a month come out at roughly 300 seconds — about five minutes of generated footage. Ngram says as much on the page: generation seconds measure premium AI-generated footage, not final video length, and manual editing and exports are unlimited on paid plans. So the tier you need tracks how much AI footage you generate, not how many videos you publish. The top-up economics run the wrong way for small buyers. Extra credits cost 1,000 for $40 on Free, $20 on Basic, $15 on Premium and $10 on Ultimate — the cheapest plan pays four times per credit what the dearest one pays. Anyone topping up regularly on Basic is paying a premium for staying on the cheap tier, and should price the next tier against a month of actual top-ups rather than against the headline gap between the two. Two smaller things before you pick. Export quality is tiered — 720p on Basic, 1080p on Premium, 4K on Ultimate — so the resolution you need may set your plan before the credits do. And image and audio generation still consume credits on Basic, going unlimited only from Premium up.

From the Ngram review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

NiceJob

Is NiceJob worth it?

NiceJob is genuinely best for local and service businesses that want reputation marketing on offense — automatically asking happy customers for reviews and showcasing them — rather than only managing damage when a bad review lands. Skip it if you need deep reporting or highly customized review workflows, or your service quality isn't ready for more visibility yet — fix that first, then amplify it.

From the NiceJob review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does NiceJob cost?

Reviews plan about $75/mo and Pro around $125/mo (adds referrals, AI replies, booking reminders), both with a 14-day trial and a one-off setup fee near $199 (2026). No contracts. Always verify the live price.

From the NiceJob review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with NiceJob?

Reporting and customization are fairly basic and there's a setup fee on top of the monthly — it automates review collection genuinely well, but if you want deep analytics or granular control over timing and wording, it can feel restrictive. And the honest fundamental: automation only amplifies the service you actually deliver. It keeps the review stream fresh and steady (which matters — stale reviews lose trust fast, and AI search increasingly recommends businesses on review signals), but it cannot manufacture a reputation you haven't earned.

From the NiceJob review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

NordVPN

Is NordVPN worth it?

NordVPN is genuinely best for teams that want simple, reliable secure network access and a business VPN without heavy setup. Skip it if you're a solo user chasing the cheapest personal VPN — the consumer plan, not the business tier, is what you want.

From the NordVPN review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does NordVPN cost?

Consumer plans from about $3-4/mo on long terms; the business product (NordLayer) runs roughly $8-11 per user/mo with a 5-user minimum, plus about $40/mo for a dedicated server and fixed IP (2026). Renewals rise from intro rates. Always verify the live price.

From the NordVPN review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with NordVPN?

For a business you're really buying NordLayer, priced per user with a seat minimum. It's solid and easy, but a VPN is one layer of security, not a whole strategy — don't mistake it for endpoint protection.

From the NordVPN review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Notify Me

Is Notify Me worth it?

Notify Me is genuinely best for Shopify stores that regularly sell out of popular products and want to recover that lost demand with back-in-stock notifications, pre-orders and wishlists. Skip it if you rarely run out of stock, or your store volume is too low for the recovered sales to outweigh the subscription.

From the Notify Me review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Notify Me cost?

A free plan to start, then Kickstart around $9.99/mo for new stores and a Standard tier around $39.90/mo, scaling by notification volume; 7-day trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee. Verify current tiers in the Shopify App Store. Always verify the live price.

From the Notify Me review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Notify Me?

It does one job — turning out-of-stock moments into recovered sales via back-in-stock and pre-order alerts — and its value is entirely tied to how often you actually sell out. If your catalog rarely goes out of stock, you won't see much return. As with any Shopify app it's another monthly line item and another script on your storefront, so weigh it against the real revenue you're leaking to stock-outs.

From the Notify Me review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Nutshell

Is Nutshell worth it?

Nutshell is genuinely best for small sales teams that want a friendly CRM with unlimited contacts and full API access on every tier, including the cheapest. Skip it if you need the marketing suite at scale — Marketing, Engagement, email and SMS are separate add-ons priced by volume, so price those before the seats.

From the Nutshell review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Nutshell cost?

$13/user/mo (Foundation) to $79 (Enterprise) on annual billing, with $25, $42 and $59 tiers in between; monthly billing costs about 15% more. Unlimited contacts and full API access come with every tier (re-verified 31 jul 2026). Always verify the live price.

From the Nutshell review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Nutshell?

Full API access is included on every plan, so integrations are not the cost trap here — the add-ons are. Marketing at $49/mo and Engagement at $16/user/mo sit on top of the seat price, and email and SMS are billed by contact count and message volume, so the marketing side can outgrow the CRM itself. SSO and SQL data access are Enterprise-only.

From the Nutshell review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Omniseo

Is Omniseo worth it?

Omniseo is genuinely best for brands and SEO teams that want to measure and improve how they show up in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Google AI and more) as AI search grows. Skip it if AI-driven traffic is still negligible for your business (classic SEO tools matter more), or you need concrete ranking control rather than visibility tracking.

From the Omniseo review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Omniseo cost?

Essentials about $89/mo (4 AI channels, 50 prompts, 5 seats), Professional about $349/mo (10 channels, 100 prompts), Enterprise from about $899/mo (custom regions, unlimited seats, consultation). Often 50% off the first month; annual saves roughly two months. Always verify the live price.

From the Omniseo review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Omniseo?

Two honest cautions. AI search visibility (GEO) is a young, fast-moving category — tracking how you appear in ChatGPT and other AI answers is genuinely useful signal, but the metrics are far less standardized than classic SEO, and you're paying to monitor a moving target you only partly influence. And the step from Essentials to Professional is a big jump for more channels and prompts. Treat it as an early-mover intelligence tool, not a guaranteed ranking lever.

From the Omniseo review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Oneflow

Is Oneflow worth it?

Oneflow is genuinely best for sales and legal teams with real contract volume who want the full lifecycle — creating, negotiating, e-signing and archiving interactive contracts — in one platform with CRM integrations. Skip it if you just need signatures (a per-seat e-sign tool costs a fraction), or you cannot commit to annual billing at €250 a month.

From the Oneflow review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Oneflow cost?

Starting at €250/month, billed annually, with 5 users included — and that is the entire public price list: everything beyond the starting rate goes through a book-a-demo call. A free contract-template library is available without an account. Always verify the live price.

From the Oneflow review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Oneflow?

The entry is €250 a month on annual billing — €3,000 a year committed before you've sent your first contract — and the rest of the ladder lives in a sales conversation. If you only need documents signed, dedicated e-sign tools start at roughly a tenth of that.

From the Oneflow review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Outgrow

Is Outgrow worth it?

Outgrow is genuinely best for marketers who want quizzes, calculators and assessments that earn the lead by giving genuine value — with logic, integrations and templates handled. Skip it if a simple form or survey does the job (Typeform-class is cheaper), or your traffic would blow through the lead caps.

From the Outgrow review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Outgrow cost?

Freelancer Limited about $22/mo ($14 annual, 5 content pieces); Startup ~$85/mo ($55 annual); Essentials ~$115/mo ($95 annual, unlimited pieces, 1,000 leads/mo); Business ~$720/mo ($600 annual, 50,000 leads/mo). Free trial available. Always verify the live price.

From the Outgrow review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Outgrow?

Two meters at once: content types/layouts gate the lower tiers, and monthly LEAD limits gate the upside — a quiz that goes even mildly viral hits the 1,000-lead cap on Essentials, which is precisely when you least want friction. Interactive content genuinely converts better than static forms, but only when the calculator/quiz gives real value; a thin quiz wrapped around a lead form fools nobody.

From the Outgrow review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Ownr

Is Ownr worth it?

Ownr is genuinely best for Canadian founders who want a straightforward sole proprietorship or single-shareholder incorporation done fast, without paying lawyer rates. Skip it if you're outside Canada, or you need complex share structures, multiple investors, partnerships, non-profits or real tax and legal planning — that still needs a professional.

From the Ownr review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Ownr cost?

Sole proprietorship around $49 CAD; incorporation roughly $499 (federal) to $699 (BC), with government fees included; annual compliance about $199–599/yr. If you bank with RBC, a cashback of up to ~$300 CAD can make the registration effectively free (2026). Always verify the live price.

From the Ownr review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Ownr?

Two honest limits. It's Canada-only — provincial incorporation covers Ontario, Alberta, BC and Quebec — so it's no use outside Canada. And it's built for straightforward setups: it won't handle complex share structures, multi-investor shareholder agreements, tax planning, partnerships or non-profits. For those you still want an accountant or lawyer.

From the Ownr review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Oyster

Is Oyster worth it?

Oyster is genuinely best for companies hiring their first employees in countries where they have no legal entity, and who would otherwise spend more on local counsel and payroll setup than the monthly fee. Skip it if you are hiring contractors rather than employees — that is $29 not $699 — or you already have an entity in the country, in which case you are paying for compliance you already own.

From the Oyster review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Oyster cost?

(2026-08-01, read on their own pricing page) Employer of Record $699 per employee per month, with annual discounts available. Global Contractors free for 30 days, then $29 per contractor per month. People Partner Services $300 per hour, project-based. Creating an account is free. Two costs sit in the FAQ rather than on the price card: Oyster requires a refundable deposit for EOR team members, and charges a currency-conversion fee when you pay in a currency other than the contract currency. Always verify the live price.

From the Oyster review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Oyster?

The two numbers that decide your bill are not on the price card. Oyster holds a refundable deposit per EOR employee — that is working capital out of your account before anyone is paid — and takes an FX fee whenever the payment currency differs from the contract currency, which for a genuinely global team is most of the time. Neither has a figure attached anywhere we could find, so the honest position is that $699 is the floor and the real per-employee cost depends on a deposit and a spread you have to ask for. The contractor product is a different shape and much cheaper at $29, so decide which one you actually need: misclassifying a contractor as an employee is expensive, and misclassifying the other way is what the $699 exists to prevent.

From the Oyster review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

PagePulse

Is PagePulse worth it?

PagePulse is genuinely best for solos and small teams who want simple per-page analytics — heatmaps, visitor behavior and AI-summarized insights — with a genuinely free single-page tier to start. Skip it if you track many pages or a full content site (the per-page tiers climb fast), or you need deep, raw analytics rather than summarized insights.

From the PagePulse review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does PagePulse cost?

Genuinely free tier: $0 for 1 member and 1 page with unlimited traffic. Starter $29/mo (1 member, 2 pages); Growth $79/mo (2 members, 5 pages); Pro $129/mo (5 members, 10 pages); Scale $199/mo (10 members, 15 heatmaps, 1,500 AI insights/mo). Annual billing saves 20% — and note the footnote: ‘unlimited’ traffic is subject to fair use. Always verify the live price.

From the PagePulse review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with PagePulse?

The tiers gate on two axes at once — members AND tracked pages — so either one forces the upgrade: Starter buys one person just two pages, AI insights are metered per month per tier, and the ‘unlimited traffic’ promise carries a fair-use asterisk. If you run a whole content site, count your pages before you count on the price.

From the PagePulse review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Pangram

Is Pangram worth it?

Pangram is genuinely best for educators, publishers and platforms that need a low-false-positive signal on whether text is AI-generated, at web-app or API scale. Skip it if you'd use a detection score as final proof for a serious decision (no detector is safe for that), or your volume is tiny enough for the free tier.

From the Pangram review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Pangram cost?

A free tier (~4–5 credits/day); Individual about $20/mo (~600 credits, each covers ~1,000 words), Professional roughly $35–$65/mo (more credits, API, batch, teams); developer API around $0.05 per 1,000-word credit; institutional licensing custom with education discounts. Always verify the live price.

From the Pangram review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Pangram?

The unavoidable honest limit of every AI detector, including accurate ones: it is never infallible. It will occasionally flag genuinely human writing as AI (false positives) and miss some AI text, so it must be used as a signal, never as sole proof for high-stakes calls like academic penalties or hiring. Pangram's pitch is fewer false positives than rivals, which is real progress — but 'fewer' is not 'none'. Pair it with human judgment and the credit meter with your actual volume.

From the Pangram review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Papaya Global

Is Papaya Global worth it?

Papaya Global is genuinely best for finance-led mid-market and enterprises already running legal entities in several countries — who want to consolidate fragmented multi-country payroll and cross-border payments into one platform, with real-time workforce-cost dashboards, automated GL mapping, same-day local payouts and deep ERP/HRIS integration (Workday, SAP, NetSuite, HiBob), and can absorb premium quote-only pricing for a white-glove managed service. Skip it if you're a startup or SMB making a handful of hires abroad and want it fast and cheap — Papaya is finance-led enterprise tooling, so contractors are a paid add-on, EOR outside its roughly 40 owned-entity countries runs through in-country partners, onboarding is slower than Deel's, and the platform is overkill and overpriced for domestic-only or first-hire use.

From the Papaya Global review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Papaya Global cost?

Demo-led and opaque — no single price is confirmable. Papaya's pricing page routes every tier to a custom quote and blocks verification, so treat any per-employee floor as unverified. Independent trackers disagree: Business.com (Feb 2026) reports EOR 'starts at $599/employee/mo'; eorHQ (Jun 2026) reports roughly $650 standard / $770 premium; other trackers list every tier as 'Custom.' No confirmable platform minimum. Per Business.com the contract is typically a two-year agreement with a rolling 90-day termination-for-convenience clause, and individual reviewers report bills running 30-50% over quote plus setup, FX and filing fees. Always verify the live price.

From the Papaya Global review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Papaya Global?

Every headline price is a 'starting from' that dead-ends at 'book a demo,' and multiple reviewers report the real bill runs bigger than the sticker — 30-50% over quote, with setup, FX and filing fees surfacing after signing (reviewer reports, not universal terms). The documented contract is typically a two-year agreement with a rolling 90-day termination clause, so read the term and exit clauses closely before signing. The deeper structural knock: outside the countries where Papaya owns entities (a third-party estimate puts this near 40, and Papaya does not disclose which are owned versus partner), it delivers EOR through in-country partners — so at 15+ countries you're often one escalation removed from whoever actually runs your payroll. The recurring pain reported by clients is invoicing errors, data that doesn't sync between Papaya and the partner, missed or late payroll runs, and support that decays from a named account manager into a rotating ticket queue with no live channel.

From the Papaya Global review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Passpack

Is Passpack worth it?

Passpack is genuinely best for small-to-mid teams who want zero-knowledge encryption and shared team vaults at a rock-bottom per-user price, and don't mind a plainer interface. Skip it if you need native mobile apps, a slick UI or hand-holding support — 1Password is more polished and Bitwarden's free tier is more generous.

From the Passpack review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Passpack cost?

Genuinely cheap for teams — around $1.50/user/mo (Teams, up to 20 users) and $4.50/user/mo (Business), billed annually with a 28-day trial and unlimited password storage (2026). Always verify the live price.

From the Passpack review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Passpack?

The honest trade-off is polish. The interface feels clunky, there are no native mobile apps (on a phone you're stuck in the browser), and some users report slow support and billing hiccups. You're trading design and mobile convenience for price and solid zero-knowledge security.

From the Passpack review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Payoneer

Is Payoneer worth it?

Payoneer is genuinely best for freelancers and sellers getting paid by international clients and marketplaces (Amazon, Upwork, Fiverr) who need local receiving accounts. Skip it if your main need is cheap currency conversion — a specialist FX account usually beats Payoneer's conversion markup.

From the Payoneer review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Payoneer cost?

(2026-08-02, read on their own fee pages) Free to open; the cost is in the fees. Receiving non-local currency 1% (minimum $1). Receiving by card up to 3.99% + $0.49. Withdrawal to your own bank in the same country and currency $1.50 flat. Currency conversion 1.2–4%. Annual account fee $29.95, waived in year one and waived in any 12-month period in which at least $6,000 arrives. Rates vary by country and account type — confirm yours in the app before planning around them. Always verify the live price.

From the Payoneer review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Payoneer?

The conversion and cross-currency withdrawal markups are where it quietly costs you — for pure currency conversion a specialist like Wise is often cheaper. Payoneer earns its keep on marketplace payouts and getting paid by international clients, less so as an FX tool.

From the Payoneer review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

PDWare

Is PDWare worth it?

PDWare is genuinely best for enterprise PMOs that plan portfolios around named-resource capacity and need feasibility answers before committing to projects. Skip it if teams under ~50 people (modern PM tools with workload views suffice), or organizations without a working PMO cadence.

From the PDWare review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does PDWare cost?

Quote-based enterprise pricing (2026) — no public tiers, no self-serve trial; the entry point is a guided demo. Used by pharma/tech enterprises (Pfizer, Intel, Medtronic-class logos). Always verify the live price.

From the PDWare review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with PDWare?

This is genuine enterprise software with enterprise buying: opaque pricing, demo-first sales and implementation effort — appropriate for portfolio offices planning hundreds of resources, overkill below that. The honest pre-purchase question is organizational: resource-first planning only works if your PMO will actually maintain forecasts; the tool formalizes discipline, it can't create it.

From the PDWare review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Piktochart

Is Piktochart worth it?

Piktochart is genuinely best for individuals and small teams who need infographics, data-heavy reports and posters to look designed without hiring a designer — and above all students and teachers, for whom $39 a member a year with PDF and PowerPoint export included is the best-value door on the whole page. Skip it if you mainly need slides, because tools built for presentations do that better for the money; you need PDF or PowerPoint export but were budgeting for Pro, since those formats only start at Business; you were counting on a real free tier, because two downloads is a demo rather than a plan; or your AI use is heavy, since the credit allowances are capped and the page never prices a top-up.

From the Piktochart review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
How much does Piktochart cost?

(2026-08-06, read in a live browser on their own pricing page, US dollar view) Free is $0, Pro is $15 per member per month billed monthly or $10 billed annually, Business is $20 monthly or $17 billed annually, and Enterprise is quote-only from 101 members. Free stops at 2 PNG downloads, 1 GB of storage, 60 AI credits and free templates only, and is capped at 1-4 members. Pro adds unlimited PNG downloads, premium templates and icons, 500 AI credits and 100 GB, and the annual rate is what the page calls 33% off. Business, 15% off annually, adds PDF and PowerPoint export on top of PNG, the Brand Kit (brand colours, fonts and logos), 1,000 AI credits and 250 GB. Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, workspace management and a dedicated account manager. Two separate tabs on the same page price other audiences: Education is $39 per member billed annually with 250 AI credits and unlimited PNG, PDF and PowerPoint downloads, and requires a valid educational email address, with Campus quote-only above 3,000 seats; a Nonprofits tab also exists, which we did not read. The page can be switched between USD, GBP, EUR, SGD, MXN and INR. No free trial is offered on the paid tiers — the free plan is the trial — and the page states you can cancel anytime. Always verify the live price.

From the Piktochart review — hand-researched, sources on the page.
What is the catch with Piktochart?

The ladder here is not about how much you make, it is about which file you are allowed to hand over. Pro — the tier the page marks most popular — exports PNG only. PDF and PowerPoint are Business features, which the full feature table confirms in a single row most people scroll past. So if the reason you want this is to email a PDF handout or drop slides into a deck, Pro at $10 a member a month is not a cheaper Piktochart, it is the wrong product, and your real entry price is $17 a member a month on annual billing, or $20 monthly. The free plan reads as generous and is not. Unlimited projects, two downloads — and not two a month: the comparison table lists the number of downloads as a flat 2. That is enough to find out whether you like the editor, which is a fair trial, but it is not the working free tier some competitors in this category offer, so do not plan around it. The third thing to price is the AI credits: 60 on Free, 500 on Pro, 1,000 on Business. Nowhere on the pricing page does it say what one credit buys, or what happens when you run out — there is no top-up price anywhere on the page. If AI generation is the reason you are buying, ask what a credit costs and what it covers before you commit to a year, because that is a meter that can decide your bill and it is not published. One last piece of arithmetic. The annual discount is 33% on Pro but only 15% on Business, so the saving shrinks exactly at the tier most teams that need PDF or PowerPoint end up on. And if you have an educational email address the picture changes completely: Education is $39 per member for a whole year, against $120 for a year of Pro, and it includes the PDF and PowerPoint exports that Pro does not have.

From the Piktochart review — hand-researched, sources on the page.

Pingtree

Is Pingtree worth it?

Pingtree is genuinely best for performance marketers, lead brokers and affiliate operations that already move real lead volume and want ping-tree routing, partner management, funnels and reporting in one system instead of stitched together — the unlimited-users-with-roles policy on every self-managed tier means team size is not what pushes you up a plan. Skip it if you are a solo marketer or small team still testing whether a lead-gen idea works, because $499/month plus uncapped overage is a lot of fixed cost to carry while you find out, and the included allowances at that tier are sized for volume you likely do not have yet; also skip it if your actual problem is finding or enriching leads rather than distributing them, since this is routing plumbing, not a data provider.

(2026-07-27, read on their own pricing page) Six tiers in two groups. Self Managed: Startup $499/month, Starter $1,250/month and Growth $2,500/month. Startup includes 500K processed leads, 500K ping requests, 1M clicks, 1GB database storage and 100K database API calls, with unlimited users on role-based access controls — core usage is included and overage is billed after month close. Starter adds full platform access (funnels, routing, reporting, partner management), one account manager for onboarding and day-to-day support, and database and user-management tools, with validation add-ons billed separately. Growth adds higher-throughput routing, larger-scale campaign operations and custom workflow support on the same core usage model. Managed Services: Full Service and Enterprise are both quote-only — 'Contact us' — covering custom volumes, SLAs, priority support, custom instances and, on Enterprise, execution and optimisation handled by Pingtree, with optional retainers for design and ad ops. A 14-day free trial runs with no credit card and no long-term contract. Always verify the live price.

What is the catch with Pingtree?

Two things about this price list will cost you money if you skim it. First, the names are back to front: Startup at $499 is the cheapest tier and Starter at $1,250 is two and a half times that, so the plan whose name sounds like the entry point is not it. Second, the $499 is a floor rather than a bill. Pingtree describes its model as usage-based and prints 'overage billed after month close' under the entry tier, so leads, ping requests, clicks and database API calls past the included allowances are charged afterwards — you find out what the month cost when the month is over. No overage rate is published on the pricing page, which means the one number you most need in order to budget is the one you have to ask for. There is a third gap worth naming. Copilot, the prompt-driven AI agent, is what the entire homepage is built around, yet the pricing page is written purely in infrastructure units — leads, requests, clicks, storage, API calls — and says nothing about AI usage limits or which tier gates which Copilot capability. Read the marketing and the pricing side by side and you cannot tell what $499 buys you of the feature you are being sold on. Pingtree's own partner manager answered that question for us in writing on 28 July 2026, and agreed the pricing page says it nowhere — the answer is in the section below on what the paid tiers actually buy. Three things he confirmed belong here rather than in a footnote. The overage rate is still not published: the vendor says the figures are being pulled internally and that he will not send a number he cannot source, so the budgeting gap above stands until a rate card exists. The trial length is printed twice, differently — the pricing page says 14 days, the app's own countdown says 15 days left — which the vendor calls his own two surfaces disagreeing; 14 is the number on the page we sourced, so plan on 14. And the paid upgrade screen asks for your card without restating the plan, the price or the billing terms; the vendor confirmed that and says it is going to product, but until it changes, note down which plan you picked before you type the number in. One disclosure that belongs on this page specifically: Pingtree pays us at two points in its funnel — when someone starts building and when someone starts the free trial — and neither of those requires a purchase. We get paid whether or not you ever spend a cent with them, which is precisely why this section is about what their pricing page does not tell you.

Pipedrive

Is Pipedrive worth it?

Pipedrive is genuinely best for sales teams that want a simple, visual pipeline they can use on day one, with a separate marketing tool already in place. Skip it if you want marketing automation in the same tool (HubSpot) or need built-in outbound prospecting.

What is the catch with Pipedrive?

Pipedrive manages what happens after a lead enters your pipeline — it doesn't do outbound prospecting or marketing, so you'll pair it with a separate tool for that. As you scale and need sales, marketing and support data joined up, its sales-only focus starts to lean on add-ons.

Pippit

Is Pippit worth it?

Pippit is genuinely best for solo founders and small teams that want a steady stream of product-marketing videos and posters generated from a product link, without filming anything. Skip it if you need dependable output on a deadline — buyer reviews describe failed generations that still consume credits, and support that answers in weeks rather than days.

(2026-08-05, read in a live browser session on their own pricing page, both billing toggles) On monthly billing Starter is €9/mo against a €15 list price, Plus €30 against €50 and Pro €155 against €255; switch to yearly and the same three tiers read €103, €308 and €1,540 per year against list prices of €171, €513 and €2,567. Pippit prices in the visitor's local currency — our read returned euros, with one Dutch billing label on an otherwise English page — so your own figures may differ by country. Credits are the real meter, not videos: 2,100 a month on Starter, 6,700 on Plus and 17,600 to 59,000 on Pro depending on which Pro step you buy. The free tier gives recurring daily credits and needs no card. Two reads on 3 August 2026 returned amounts that contradicted each other, which is why we re-checked on 5 August — read the live page before you buy rather than trusting any quote, including this one. Always verify the live price.

What is the catch with Pippit?

The meter is credits per attempt, not per usable result — and buyer reviews centre on exactly that. Trustpilot reviewers describe generations that failed but still consumed their credits, refunds that were hard to get, and support replies measured in weeks. A tool that charges for its own failures puts the cost of unreliability on you.
