Nothing is on sale here, and nothing has moved. Every route on logome.ai and www.logome.ai — the homepage, /pricing, /login, /blogs, /reviews, /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml — returned HTTP 404 on 10 September 2026, measured from two networks and again in a real browser, which showed Webflow's own “404 - Page not found” document served from Webflow's edge. That is what a domain with no published site behind it looks like, not an outage. app.logome.ai no longer resolves in DNS at all, and the last Wayback capture that returned a working page is dated 16 June 2026.

We looked for a successor and found none: no alternative Logome domain resolves, and the destination on the vendor's own affiliate programme still points at www.logome.ai, the address that 404s. Our earlier and never-confirmed reading had design and preview free with downloads paid, and tiers at roughly $29/mo ($19 annually), $99 ($49) and $199 ($99), all paid plans including commercial rights. Those are last-known figures from before the site disappeared and are not confirmable. There is no live price to check: the vendor's site no longer answers.

We capture Logome.ai’s own pricing page every month and keep the figures, so this is our record of the page — not a forecast, and not someone else’s summary.

Nothing to chart, and the reason has stopped being about price. Our July and August 2026 captures both failed to retrieve the pricing page, and the same was true on 17 August 2026. On 6 September the failure became total: the whole domain answered 404 and the app subdomain had gone from DNS. On 10 September we measured it again three ways — from the server, from a second network, and through the affiliate link in a real browser — and got the same 404 every time. Four empty readings across four months, with the last live archive capture dated 16 June 2026, say something about whether this vendor is still trading, not about price stability.

The honest knock

Every route — homepage, pricing, login, blog, robots.txt, sitemap.xml — returns Webflow's default 404 from two different networks and in a real browser, there is no app subdomain left in DNS, and the last working capture in the Internet Archive is from 16 June 2026. We checked for a move rather than a closure and found no successor domain; the vendor's own affiliate programme still points at the address that 404s.

Treat every figure below as last-known rather than confirmed, and if you are already paying, cancel through your card or PayPal rather than through a site that will not load. The honest catch, when the service was reachable, was the free-to-design, pay-to-download model, with the entry tier giving one file without a transparent background. AI logos are also a starting point rather than a trademark: check distinctiveness before you build a brand on one.

What buyers report about Logome.ai

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Logome.ai ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

• It produces more varied initial concepts than Looka, Hatchful or Canva's logo maker, and the brand kit integration is better.
• Fast and cheap for a startup that needs branding without hiring a designer. Trustpilot reviews are largely positive.

What they complain about

• Unauthorised charges continuing after cancellation, and difficulty cancelling, are reported by multiple users. Watch your statement.
• The $19 Basic tier ships one logo file with no transparent background — a basic professional need — so you are effectively pushed to Premium just to get a usable PNG.
• Pricing is inconsistent across sources ($49/month or $24 annually for Premium, $99 or $57 for the brand kit). Those figures could never be reconciled, and now they cannot be checked at all: the vendor's site is gone.

What you pay to download

There is nothing to pay today, because there is nothing here to buy. On 10 September 2026 every route on logome.ai returned 404 — homepage, /pricing, /login, /blogs, /reviews, and robots.txt and sitemap.xml with them. What comes back is Webflow's own default error document, served from Webflow's edge, which is the state a domain reaches when no site is published behind it rather than the state of a site that is merely down.

There is no app subdomain either: app.logome.ai does not resolve in DNS at all. Our July reading noted the public site was 404 but the app still loaded. That stopped being true in September, and it has not come back. The domain itself is still registered and still carries working mail records, so this is a site that was taken down rather than a company that let its name lapse — but that changes nothing you can act on, because there is no page to buy from and no successor address to buy at.

How to actually use Logome.ai

Start by checking whether the product still exists, because it does not answer at its own address and has not done so since the summer. On 10 September 2026 every route on logome.ai returned Webflow's default 404, including robots.txt and sitemap.xml, and app.logome.ai does not resolve. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to download, and no successor address to sign up at. If you already pay for Logome, act on that first.

Find the charge on your card or PayPal statement and cancel it through the processor rather than through a site that will not load, and export anything you still have access to. And if you came here for the logo rather than the vendor, treat the file you already hold as the asset and the licence as the open question. Written proof of commercial rights matters more than the file, and it is the part you can no longer obtain from a vendor whose site is gone. Judge any replacement on whether it puts that grant in writing before you pay.

Distilled from logome.ai itself, measured three ways on 10 September 2026 after two earlier readings on 21 July and 6 September. From a server in the United States and from a Netherlands exit, the homepage, www, /pricing, /login, /blogs, /reviews, /robots.txt and /sitemap.xml each returned HTTP 404 carrying Webflow's default error document (x-wf-region header, Webflow's error CSS); our own affiliate link for Logome still redirects to www.logome.ai and lands on that same 404; and a real browser shows the title “404 - Page not found”. DNS puts logome.ai on a single A record while app.logome.ai does not resolve at all, whois shows the domain registered to December 2027 with live Google Workspace mail records, and the Wayback CDX index has no successful capture after 16 June 2026. No vendor page could be read, because none is published.

Cancel through the payment processor rather than the vendor: find the charge on your card or PayPal statement and stop it there, since the site that would host an account page does not load. Export anything you still have access to, and do not count on a support address answering.

Do I own the logo I already downloaded?

On the paid plans commercial rights were included, which was the point of paying rather than screenshotting the preview. What you cannot do now is obtain fresh written proof of that grant from a vendor whose site is gone — so if the mark matters to your business, get an independent licence or a new one you can document.

What should I weigh before buying Growth & Revenue software?

It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
