Growth tools only earn their keep if they move a real number — leads, conversions or revenue — not just activity. So where does Omniseo actually fit?

AI search visibility (GEO) tracking. Monitor and improve how your brand shows up in AI answers across ChatGPT, Google AI and other channels — track prompts, competitors and citations to grow AI-driven discovery.

(2026) Essentials about $89/mo (4 AI channels, 50 prompts, 5 seats), Professional about $349/mo (10 channels, 100 prompts), Enterprise from about $899/mo (custom regions, unlimited seats, consultation). Often 50% off the first month; annual saves roughly two months. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Two honest cautions. AI search visibility (GEO) is a young, fast-moving category — tracking how you appear in ChatGPT and other AI answers is genuinely useful signal, but the metrics are far less standardized than classic SEO, and you're paying to monitor a moving target you only partly influence. And the step from Essentials to Professional is a big jump for more channels and prompts. Treat it as an early-mover intelligence tool, not a guaranteed ranking lever.
Recurring themes from practitioner reviews and tool comparisons, read in August 2026. We have not run Omniseo ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
OmniSEO's split runs between paid tiers rather than free-vs-paid: there is no self-serve free tier for the core platform, only separate standalone tools. Essentials, at $89/month ($45 for the first month), suits a single-brand team tracking a handful of AI channels — it caps at 4 AI channels and 50 saved prompts per month, with no CSV/PDF export. Teams needing more channels or heavier prompt research push toward Professional at $349/month ($175 first month), which raises the caps to 10 AI channels, 100 saved prompts per month, and adds 5,000-row exports per month. What upgrading does not solve is competitor visibility: both Essentials and Professional track only 5 competitors — that ceiling only lifts on Enterprise, priced from $899+/month with custom quotes, which lists "5 per brand/serviceline" instead of a flat cap.
There are two entry points: self-serve signup at app.omniseo.com/signup (Essentials or Professional, discounted to $45 or $175 for the first month), or a demo request, which requires name, email, website URL, and a message, with only the company field optional. OmniSEO states its team configures tracking on your behalf — "our team sets everything up for you" — rather than a self-service dashboard you configure yourself, so first value depends on their setup pace rather than an instant API connection. For the demo path, OmniSEO commits to following up within 24 hours to schedule the session, not to activating tracking immediately. Because setup is vendor-managed, there is no published documentation describing how domain or channel verification actually works, which makes it hard to judge activation time in advance. On Essentials, the 50 ad-hoc query lookups included per month can also be used up quickly while still testing which prompts and channels matter. The natural comparison is Profound or a classic SEO suite — other AI-visibility trackers or traditional SEO tools — Omniseo focuses on AI-answer presence; weigh how much of your traffic AI actually drives. Decide by which one fits the job above, not by the louder brand.
Everything we publish about Omniseo links back here — the review stays the honest hub:
The ex-banker filter — the same yardstick on every review (how we review): My ex-banker filter is simple: does Omniseo remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges? If the job above is genuinely yours, it's worth a look. We never publish fake or “exclusive” prices, so always confirm the current plan on their site.
It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
Skip it if AI-driven traffic is still negligible for your business (classic SEO tools matter more), or you need concrete ranking control rather than visibility tracking. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
