Growth tools only earn their keep if they move a real number — leads, conversions or revenue — not just activity. So where does Outgrow actually fit? Most people land here while weighing it against Typeform, so that is the comparison this review keeps coming back to: does it do the job you actually need, without charging you for the parts you don't?

Interactive content builder for quizzes, calculators, polls and assessments. Generate and qualify leads with engaging, no-code experiences, then sync them straight into Klaviyo via OAuth for email/SMS follow-up.

(2026) Freelancer Limited about $22/mo ($14 annual, 5 content pieces); Startup ~$85/mo ($55 annual); Essentials ~$115/mo ($95 annual, unlimited pieces, 1,000 leads/mo); Business ~$720/mo ($600 annual, 50,000 leads/mo). Free trial available. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Two meters at once: content types/layouts gate the lower tiers, and monthly LEAD limits gate the upside — a quiz that goes even mildly viral hits the 1,000-lead cap on Essentials, which is precisely when you least want friction. Interactive content genuinely converts better than static forms, but only when the calculator/quiz gives real value; a thin quiz wrapped around a lead form fools nobody.
Recurring themes from G2 and Capterra, read in August 2026. We have not run Outgrow ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
Both columns come from the same place: each vendor’s own published pricing, read on the date shown in the sources at the foot of this page. We do not average them into a score.
The natural comparison is Typeform or involve.me — adjacent interactive-content tools — Outgrow leads on calculator logic depth; compare lead-cap math at your traffic. Weigh it against Typeform on the job you actually need done.
My ex-banker filter is simple: does Outgrow remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges? If the job above is genuinely yours, it's worth a look. We never publish fake or “exclusive” prices, so always confirm the current plan on their site.
It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
Skip it if a simple form or survey does the job (Typeform-class is cheaper), or your traffic would blow through the lead caps. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
