Upsell.comUpsell.com Review (2026)The Listed Tiers Stop at 200 Orders

Growth & RevenueResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-02

The prices on the listing are the bottom three rungs of a ladder that keeps going.

Best for: shopify merchants who want one funnel covering product page, cart and post-purchase offers with AI recommendations and A/B testing, and whose monthly order volume is still low enough that the published tiers apply.

Entry price per month, USD. Our own dated readings of 22 growth & revenue tools — not a market survey, and cheapest is not best.

Billed in USD, with a 14-day free trial. The free plan is for development stores only, not a live shop. The three listed paid tiers all carry the same feature set — AI upsells, bundles and cross-sells, AI product recommendations, the full funnel across product page, cart, checkout and post-purchase, A/B testing, advanced analytics and segmentation, and 24/7 live chat support — and differ only in volume: Upsell Basic is $4.99 a month for up to 50 orders or $50 of upsell revenue, Upsell Growth $9.99 for up to 100 orders or $100, and Upsell Business $19.99 for up to 200 orders or $200.

The listing adds that charges increase as monthly order volume or upsell revenue increases and points to a full pricing table it does not show, so what a store above 200 orders a month pays is not published on the app page. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

What the pricing page doesn’t say

Upsell.com pricing page
Upsell.com’s own pricing page Sep 2026. Prices change — always check the live page.
The catch

Upsell Business, the most expensive tier shown, tops out at 200 orders or $200 of upsell revenue a month — a ceiling most stores worth installing an upsell app on will pass — and the page then says only that charges rise with volume, referring you to a full pricing table it does not display. The app page therefore cannot tell you what the app will cost you. Two smaller things compound it: the free plan is restricted to development stores, so there is no way to try it on a live shop without paying, and checkout upsells require Shopify Plus, which puts the checkout stage of the funnel out of reach on a standard Shopify plan.

What Upsell.com does

Shopify upsell app, formerly ReConvert: AI-driven cart, checkout and post-purchase upsell and cross-sell funnels, frequently-bought-together and product page recommendations, A/B testing and analytics with segmentation. The free plan is development stores only, and the three published tiers — $4.99, $9.99 and $19.99 a month — stop at 200 orders or $200 of upsell revenue; above that the listing only says charges rise.

What it costs
Tiered by monthly order volume, from about $9.99/mo up through mid tiers (roughly $34.99-$79.99) for growing stores and into higher Plus tiers (2026).
The catch
Post-purchase upsells only move the needle with steady order volume and a sensible complementary-offer strategy — bolt it onto a store with little traffic and there's nothing to upsell.
Best for
Shopify stores with steady order volume that want to lift average order value with one-click post-purchase and checkout upsells

Both names above are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Neither changes what this table says: both columns come straight from the vendors’ own pricing pages.

The natural comparison is AfterSell — Both cover the post-purchase and checkout upsell ground on Shopify, and AfterSell publishes what it costs across its whole range. Upsell.com, formerly ReConvert, publishes only its bottom three rungs — $4.99, $9.99 and $19.99, stopping at 200 orders a month — and refers everything above that to a pricing table the app page does not show. On features the two are close enough that for a growing store the deciding factor is the one thing Upsell.com will not put on the page: what it charges once you are actually busy..

Frequently asked questions

What should I weigh before buying Growth & Revenue software?

It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
