Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 9 Oct 2026

All plans are priced per site per month; yearly billing saves 16%. Essentials is €4.99 billed yearly or €5.99 monthly ($5.99 / $6.99) for up to 25K pageviews, a standard privacy and cookie policy with up to 20 clauses, one language, partial branding removal and monthly site scans. Advanced, marked most popular, is €19.99 yearly or €21.99 monthly ($24.99 / $27.99) for up to 50K pageviews, complete legal documents with up to 30 clauses, all languages and geo-targeting.

Ultimate is €79.99 yearly or €89.99 monthly ($99.99 / $119.99) for up to 150K pageviews, unlimited clauses, full branding removal, hourly scans, a mobile SDK, detailed analytics and consent recovery. Above the quota every plan pays €0.05 per 1,000 extra pageviews. Forms proof of consent and the newsletter opt-in booster are €5 a month per 1,000 consents. A free plan exists (its limits are not on the pricing page), every paid plan can be tried for 14 days, and agency and enterprise plans are quoted separately.

Accessibility plans are a separate product, from €6 per site a month for up to 10K pageviews. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The honest knock

Essentials allows one language and up to 20 policy clauses; multilingual sites start on Advanced at €19.99 a month. The free plan's limits are not on the pricing page. We have not used iubenda ourselves.

What iubenda does

Compliance platform for websites and apps: cookie consent banner with consent log, generated privacy, cookie and terms documents, and Google Consent Mode, priced per site by pageviews.

Essentials covers one language; traffic and languages push you up

For a small site in one language, Essentials at €4.99 a month billed yearly gives a cookie banner, a consent log and a generated privacy and cookie policy. Two limits move most buyers up: a second language and more than 25K pageviews a month. Both lead to Advanced at €19.99, four times the price. Traffic overage is cheap per unit (€0.05 per 1,000 pageviews), so a site slightly over its quota can stay on its plan; 100K extra pageviews a month adds €5.

Every plan is per site, so ten client sites means ten subscriptions unless you go through the agency programme. Ultimate is for high-traffic sites that need consent recovery, analytics and an app SDK.

How to actually use iubenda

Start on the free plan or a 14-day trial and run the site scan to see which cookies and services iubenda finds. Check your monthly pageviews and the languages you publish in before choosing a plan; those two decide between Essentials and Advanced. Agencies should ask for agency pricing rather than buying per site.

The catch
Read the ladder before you budget $10 for this.
Best for
Shopify merchants selling into several jurisdictions who want one app to carry the cookie banner, the consent signals the ad platforms now demand, and a first layer of accessibility — and who go in knowing that the region-aware banner and the accessibility tools sit on the $37 tier.

Both names above are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Neither changes what this table says.

The natural comparison is Consentmo — Consentmo is in our dossiers too and is a consent banner app for Shopify stores; iubenda covers any website and app and adds generated privacy, cookie and terms documents, priced per site with pageview quotas.

What happens if my site exceeds the iubenda pageview limit?

Every plan charges €0.05 per 1,000 pageviews above its quota of 25K, 50K or 150K a month.

Does iubenda support Google Consent Mode v2?

The comparison table lists Google Consent Mode v2 and IAB TCF among the integrations; iubenda says it is a Google-certified CMP partner.

What should I weigh before buying Security software?

Judge it on evidence rather than adjectives. Look for a published security page, single sign-on and role controls on the plan you would actually buy (they are often gated to higher tiers), a status page with real incident history, and a clear answer on where your data is stored. If the tool will hold anything sensitive, those four answers matter more than any feature comparison.

This is a researched assessment, not a hands-on test — where we've used a tool ourselves, we say so explicitly. We name what each tool is good and bad at, and we earn a commission only if you sign up, at no cost to you.
