WegicWegic Review (2026)

The IT and productivity layer is where small, reliable tools quietly give you hours back — or, done wrong, add another login to babysit. So where does Wegic actually fit?

What Wegic does

AI website builder that generates and hosts sites from a conversation — credit-based, with custom domains and code export on higher tiers.

Pricing (2026)

(2026) Credit-based AI website builder. Free: 100 credits at signup only, on a .wegic.net subdomain. Trial pack $2.99. Starter around $16/mo (40% off annual = $286.8/year) for 600 credits/mo (~$0.04/credit); Premium tier for 2,000 credits/mo (~$0.02/credit) adds custom domain and code export. A separate 'Wegic Cloud' balance ($1-20/mo) is consumed by AI image/video generation on top. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Best for: non-technical founders who want an AI to build and host a simple site fast, and are comfortable with usage-based credit pricing.

The honest knock

Everything is credits, and generating a site burns them fast — Wegic's own page notes a single generation can cost over $10 in credits, while the free plan gives 100 credits once. The cheaper per-credit rate only kicks in on the higher annual tier, and premium AI media draws down a second 'Cloud' balance on top of your plan.

The natural comparison is Hostinger — Hostinger's AI builder bundles hosting at a flat monthly price; Wegic is credit-metered and AI-native — faster to generate, but the meter runs on every regeneration. Decide by which one fits the job above, not by the louder brand.

My ex-banker filter is simple: does Wegic remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges? If the job above is genuinely yours, it's worth a look. We never publish fake or “exclusive” prices, so always confirm the current plan on their site.

Frequently asked questions

Is Wegic secure and reliable enough to depend on?

It depends on the job. Wegic is best for non-technical founders who want an AI to build and host a simple site fast, and are comfortable with usage-based credit pricing; if that's you, it tends to pay for itself in saved time. If not, hold off. We don't publish fixed prices because they change — check Wegic's live pricing before deciding.

Who should not use Wegic?

Skip it if you want predictable flat pricing, or you'll iterate heavily — credits make redesigns expensive, and real use needs a paid plan quickly. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
