The honest knock
The gating detail is conversations, not features — the free and lower tiers cap monthly conversations quickly, so an agent that actually gets used will push you up a tier, and voice minutes and SMS are metered separately on top. It's also tightly bound to the Jotform ecosystem: brilliant if you already live in Jotform forms, less compelling as a standalone chatbot if you don't. For form-driven support and lead capture, it's a fast, low-code win.
