JibbleJibble Review (2026)

HR & PeopleResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-08-01

People tools are trust-critical: they touch pay, privacy and careers, so reliability and compliance outrank features. So where does Jibble actually fit?

The honest bottom line. Worth it for teams that need attendance records without a per-seat bill. Skip it once you need the paid features, because you will have to get those prices from them directly.

What Jibble does

Time and attendance tracking with facial recognition, GPS and payroll-ready timesheets.

Pricing (2026)

(2026-08-01, read on their own pricing page) Their own claim on that page is a free forever plan with unlimited users, described as '100% free', with no credit card required. Paid tiers exist above it but their prices are rendered in the browser and were not visible in the page we could read, so we are not quoting them. The page leads with a savings calculator rather than a price table. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The honest knock

Free forever with unlimited users is a real claim and unusual in this category, where per-seat pricing is the norm — that alone makes it worth a look for a team on a tight budget. Two things to establish before you rely on it. First, what the free tier actually excludes, because 'unlimited users' and 'unlimited features' are different promises and the paid tiers exist for a reason. Second, note that their pricing page leads with a calculator showing what you supposedly save rather than what you pay: that is a marketing choice, and the number it produces rests on assumptions about payroll leakage that are theirs, not measured in your business.

Best for: teams that need attendance records without a per-seat bill — if the free tier covers your case it is genuinely free, which nothing else in this category offers.

The natural comparison is Clockify or Toggl Track — the direct time-tracking peers — both have free tiers too, so compare on what each free plan excludes rather than on the headline. Decide by which one fits the job above, not by the louder brand.

My ex-banker filter is simple: does Jibble remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges? If the job above is genuinely yours, it's worth a look. We never publish fake or “exclusive” prices, so always confirm the current plan on their site.

Frequently asked questions

Is Jibble compliant with local employment rules?

Compliance is country by country, so the honest answer is: only where the vendor says it is, and only for the entity type you actually have. Ask which countries are covered by its own entities versus a local partner, who carries the liability if something is filed wrong, and how changes in local law reach you. Get those answers in the contract rather than the sales deck.

Who should not use Jibble?

Skip it if you need the paid features, because you will have to get those prices from them directly; also skip facial recognition without checking your local rules on biometric data, which is a legal question rather than a pricing one. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
