AiraAira Review (2026)

Growth & RevenueResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-08-13

Growth tools only earn their keep if they move a real number — leads, conversions or revenue — not just activity. So where does Aira actually fit?

The honest bottom line. Worth it for European B2B sales teams that want AI-assisted prospecting and automatic meeting/CRM hygiene from a Europe-native database. Skip it once your market is primarily US/global, or you need a mature, battle-tested platform today.

What Aira does

AI-assisted B2B prospecting on a Europe-native company database, with meeting notes flowing into records automatically. About €149/month, with a money-back guarantee. The product is young and independent review coverage is thin, so test it against a concrete metric of your own.

Pricing (2026)

(2026) About €149/mo, with a money-back guarantee if it doesn't deliver; early 'founding member' pricing was locked for the first customers. Verify current terms on their site. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Correction after re-checking: (re-verified 2026-07-23) Aira's pricing page lists two tiers: a core plan at "Starting at €149/ user / month" billed monthly, and Aira Connect at "Starting at €499/ month" billed annually, plus "Try Aira free for 5 days". Three caveats belong with those figures. First, the "per user" wording is inconsistent on Aira's own site — the pricing card says "/ user / month" while the about page and the pricing FAQ both say a bare "€149/month" — so team buyers should confirm the basis before signing. Second, the FAQ answer "Everything. One plan, no add-ons, no usage limits, no credit limits" describes what is included, not the number of plans; the page itself sells two. Third, the page presents CRM integration both as already included in the €149 plan and as an Aira Connect feature bullet. Any description of Aira as a single-plan product with no publicly advertised trial is out of date.

The catch

Young product, sharp focus: European B2B prospecting on a 65-million-company database with meeting notes flowing into records automatically. The honest checks: independent review coverage is still thin, so run your own two-week test against a concrete metric (meetings booked, admin hours saved) rather than trusting early-adopter buzz — and note the money-back guarantee exists precisely so you can do that without risk.

What buyers report about Aira

Recurring themes from vendor material and category comparisons, read in August 2026. We have not run Aira ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • $299/month with no contract against $3,000-$7,500 a month on 6-12 month commitments at a traditional agency — that arithmetic is the entire proposition.
  • It covers the full loop: keyword research, content, technical audits and performance tracking.
What they complain about
  • We found no independent user reviews at all. What ranks for Aira is largely its own comparison content. That absence is the honest finding — treat the claims as vendor material until buyers say otherwise.
  • SEO still needs 6-12 months to compound whichever route you take. Cheaper does not mean faster, and reviewers of the category are explicit about that.
  • AI-generated content at volume is only worth having if it is good. Sample the output before committing.

When the paid plan is worth it

There is no free tier — only a 5-day trial — so the decision is which paid plan, not whether to pay. Read the entry price twice. The pricing card says "Starting at €149/ user / month", billed monthly, while the about page and the pricing FAQ both write a bare "€149/month" with no "per user" attached. For a five-person team that one word is the entire budget difference, so get the basis confirmed in writing before you sign. "Starting at" also makes both figures floors, not quotes. Do not assume CRM integration is what the higher tier buys you. The pricing FAQ states: "Aira connects with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. All integrations are included in the €149/month plan — no add-ons, no extra cost." Yet Aira Connect, listed at "Starting at €499/ month" and billed annually — written without "per user", unlike the core plan — carries "Integrates with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive" among its own feature bullets. The page contradicts itself on this point, so ask which applies to your account before paying the difference. What Connect otherwise lists, in its own words: "Every company in your CRM enriched with official registry data", "Live opportunity and risk signals on every account in your CRM", and "Build target lists and push new companies into your CRM". The same page answers "What's included?" with "Everything. One plan, no add-ons, no usage limits, no credit limits" — while selling two tiers directly above that answer. Read that line as a promise about usage caps and credits, not as evidence that there is only one plan. Geography is the fixed limit. Coverage is "65 million companies" and "140M Decision-maker contacts" across 14 European markets, and Aira names them: United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Austria, Ireland and Luxembourg. Prospects outside those 14 countries are outside the database, and no tier changes that. Aira's own justification for the price sits on its about page: the product is for people who "understand that €149/month is a rounding error compared to a single closed deal". That is the vendor's argument, not a finding. The App Store version history runs from 1.0 on Jan 16 to 1.0.24 on Jun 12, and Apple's listing states "This app hasn't received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview." You would be buying on the vendor's description and your own trial, with no public user verdict to check it against.

How to actually use Aira

Sign-up runs through Google or Microsoft: Aira's site offers "Continue with Google" and "Continue with Microsoft" for the 5-day free trial. According to the pricing page, Aira "Connects with Gmail, Outlook, HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive", and "Every email and meeting is logged when you connect Gmail or Outlook — no manual data entry." Aira's about page describes what follows — it "Enriches companies with financials, news, and ownership data the moment they appear" — and promises "No onboarding. No manual data entry. No training. Just results." Those are the vendor's own descriptions; we have not tested them. Be clear about what you are handing over. The App Store listing's App Privacy section lists, under Data Linked to You, User Content in the form of "Emails or Text Messages", alongside Contact Info ("Email Address"), Identifiers ("User ID"), Usage Data ("Product Interaction") and Diagnostics ("Crash Data"). You are pointing a third-party AI at a live work mailbox and calendar, so settle with whoever administers your email whether that is permitted before the trial clock starts, not after. On devices, the App Store compatibility list names iPhone and iPod touch only, each "Requires iOS 15.1 or later"; there is no iPad or Mac entry. One detail worth having before you run a vendor check or route an invoice: the listing's seller is "AI Revenue Assistant Software Stockholm AB", not a company trading under the Aira name. The last friction is the clock. Five days is short for a product whose value is monitoring accounts over time; unless you already have new-business meetings booked inside that window, you will be judging it on almost no signal. Distilled from vendor pricing page, vendor about page and vendor sign-up panel, plus the Apple App Store listing (compatibility, seller, version history, ratings line and App Privacy section). All fetched 2026-07-23.

Best for: European B2B sales teams that want AI-assisted prospecting and automatic meeting/CRM hygiene from a Europe-native database.

Best for

The natural comparison is Apollo or Aira's EU-native angle vs global tools — US-centric databases wins on global breadth; Aira's bet is European data depth plus assistant workflows — test on YOUR territory. Decide by which one fits the job above, not by the louder brand.

Frequently asked questions

Is Aira worth it for a small team?

It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.

Who should not use Aira?

Skip it if your market is primarily US/global (US-native databases cover it better), or you need a mature, battle-tested platform today. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
