1 in 30 SaaS Pricing Pages Changes Price Each Month (2026)

Nobody publishes a changelog for a pricing page. So since July 2026 we have been taking one ourselves: on the 2nd of every month we capture the pricing page of every tool we review, extract the price lines, and compare them with the month before. A script finds the candidates; a person reads both captures and decides what actually happened. This is what 2 rounds of that found.

Between July 2026 and September 2026, roughly one in 30 SaaS pricing pages changed a price in any given month: 19 documented changes across 567 monthly page comparisons, 8 of them increases.AIBuilder Marketplace, Report 04, 2026-09-02. Free to quote with attribution.

Increases lead, but not by the margin the “SaaS inflation” story would predict. Nearly as many pages were rebuilt — new tiers, per-seat instead of flat, a metered add-on where a bundle used to be — and a rebuild is where the real price change tends to hide, because the old plan and the new one no longer compare. Two of the 3 decreases are worth a second look: Replit cut its Core price by 15% and shrank the credits that come with it by 20% in the same month, and Sellfy’s August increase was gone again by September.

Every change, with the lines we captured

Struck-through text is the earlier capture; the line below it is the later one. These are the literal strings from the vendor’s page, not our paraphrase. The full capture pairs, with all lines, are on Price Watch.

Weave
PRICE CUT
Find just what you need and get the most out of Weave with simple plans and pricing, starting from $249 per month.
Find just what you need and get the most out of Weave with simple plans and pricing, starting from $199 per month.
A cut, which is rare enough to be worth recording: the advertised starting price dropped by $50 a month. What you actually pay is still quoted per location, so treat this as the opening number rather than the bill.
BuddyPunch
PRICE INCREASE
$4.49/user/mo · $5.99/user/mo · $10.99/user/mo
$4.99/user/mo · $6.99/user/mo · $12.99/user/mo
Every per-user rate went up while the $19 monthly base fee stayed put, so the increase lands hardest on small teams — a five-person crew on the middle tier pays $5 a month more for the same product.
CallHippo
FEES UP
A one-time setup fee of $15 per account applies. · $0.16 per minute after 2500 minutes
A one-time setup fee of $20 per account applies. · Calling charges billed separately at $0.25/min, based on actual usage.
The plan prices held, but the two charges that sit outside them both rose: the one-time setup fee by a third, and the per-minute rate you pay past your bundle by more than half. Neither shows up in a tier comparison.
Leadfeeder
PRICE INCREASE
€99 · €499
€113 · €527
Both published tiers moved up, and unevenly: the entry plan rose 14% while the larger one rose 6%, so the gap between them narrowed.
LettrLabs
RATE CARD UP
$0.53 · $0.59 · $0.67
$0.56 · $0.63 · $0.69
Not one plan but the whole rate card: every per-piece price on the page moved up by two to six cents. On a mailing of ten thousand pieces that is a few hundred dollars nobody announced.
Sellfy
ENTRY PRICE UP
Sellfy Pricing: Plans From $22/mo, 0% Transaction Fees
Sellfy Pricing: Plans From $29/mo, 0% Transaction Fees
The entry price rose 32%, and the page title changed with it — which is how you can tell it was deliberate rather than a promotion lapsing.
Calilio
PLAN RESTRUCTURE
Calilio Pricing | VoIP Plans Starting from $15 Per Month · $4.50
Calilio Pricing | Business Telephony at $15 Per Month Only · $12 · billed annually ($144/year)
The page was rebuilt around annual billing. The $15 headline survived, the old $4.50 line did not, and the tiers are now quoted as yearly totals — which makes the monthly comparison you did in July no longer possible on the same page.
UENI
PLAN RESTRUCTURE
once + $24.99/mo
$24.99 · $20.83 · $249.90 billed annually
In July the page sold one subscription: $79 to launch, then $24.99 a month. In August it sells a ladder of four, with yearly and two-year prepay rates beside each. The entry price did not move, but what you are choosing between did — and the marketing service that used to be an optional add-on is now the top tier.
Vida AI
RATES WITHDRAWN
2-1K additional - $20.00/agent · 51-1M additional - $0.20/minute · 51-1M additional - $0.1/message
no prices on the page
In July the page published a full rate card — per agent, per minute, per message, per token. In August all of it was gone, replaced by an invitation to design a pilot. The product did not necessarily get dearer; it got harder to price without talking to sales.

VendorWhat we captured (before / after)What it means
Replit
PRICE CUT, SMALLER BUNDLE
$25 · $20 · $25 of monthly credits
$20 $17 / month, billed annually · $20 towards most powerful models
Core on annual billing dropped from $20 to $17 a month, shown on the page as a struck-through $20. The credits that come with it moved the other way: August promised $25 of monthly credits, September says $20 towards the most powerful models. A 15% cheaper plan with a 20% smaller allowance is closer to a repackaging than a cut.
Sellfy
AUGUST RISE REVERSED
Sellfy Pricing: Plans From $29/mo, 0% Transaction Fees · $39 · $29
Sellfy Pricing: Plans From $22/mo, 0% Transaction Fees · Starting from $29 $22 /mo · Up to $10k in sales per year
In August we recorded the entry plan rising from $29/$22 to $39/$29 (monthly/yearly) and the page title changing with it. In September the title says 'From $22/mo' again and Starter is back at $29 monthly against $22 yearly, the exact July figures. Business ($79/$59) and Premium ($159/$119) did not move in either month. Whether August was a test or a promotion lapsing the page does not say; what it shows is that the increase lasted about a month.
Beautiful.ai
PRICE INCREASE
$12 · Beautiful.ai offers flexible pricing with three main tiers: Pro for individual users at $12/month (billed annually), Team plans for up to 20 users at $40 per user/month (billed annually) or $50 per user/month, and custom
$14.50 · Beautiful.ai Pro is $14.50 per month billed annually for individuals. The Team plan is $40 per user per month billed annually, or $50 billed monthly, for 2 to 20 seats. A monthly option at $45 covers one-time projects.
The individual Pro plan went from $12 to $14.50 a month on annual billing, a 21% rise, while the Team rate ($40 annual, $50 monthly) and the $45 one-off monthly option did not move. The page's own summary sentence was rewritten to carry the new number.

TIER UP 60%
$500/mo · $400/mo · $1250/mo
AI Sales Assistant Pricing: Free & $50/User | Expertise AI · $2000/mo · $2000/mo
The $400 and $500 Growth rates disappeared and Business went from $1,250 to $2,000 a month. The page title now leads with 'Free & $50/User', which is the small-team price; the enterprise number behind it rose by 60% without a word on the page.
Flippa
BUYER PLAN UP 26%
$49 · $388 · Just $49.0/per month (Cancel Anytime)
$49 · $490 · Just $49.0/per month (Cancel Anytime)
Held back in August for lack of context; a third capture settles it. The paid buyer subscription, which buys 21 days of early access to new listings over $10,000, was $49 a month or $388 a year in July and August. In September the annual price is $490, a 26% rise, while the $49 monthly rate did not move. The seller-side listing fees and the success-fee ladder are unchanged.
Buzz.ai
THE $1,000 NEVER CAME
$75 · $125 · for 3 months, then $125/mo
$79/month · $695/month · $0 setup fee
August's page warned that the $795 AI Employee plan 'moves to $1,000/mo soon' and offered Core at $75 for three months then $125. September's page has neither number: Core is $79 a month, AI Employee is $695, and a $2,500 setup fee appears on one plan. The threatened rise became a cut on the headline and a fee underneath it.
Lindy.ai
NOW PER SEAT
$8,000 · $49 · $99
$29.99 /mo per user · $99.99 /mo per user · $199.99 /mo per user
August listed flat plans at $49, $99 and $199 a month and an $8,000 figure for the top of the range. September prices every plan per user: $29.99, $99.99 and $199.99 a month per seat. For one person the entry plan got cheaper; for a team of three the same tiers now cost roughly two to three times what the flat rate did.

Our 2 August capture still showed the old five-step ladder from $25 to $249 a month. By our 8 August reading the page sold two plans: Basic at $25 and Pro at $329 a month, or $277 a month billed yearly, with everything in between replaced by a credits dropdown and published add-on rates of $10 per extra seat and $5 per extra number. The September capture carries the $277 figure. Read monthly against monthly, the top of the ladder went from $249 to $329, a 32% rise.

The August ladder was $49, $139 and $269 a month with user packs sold on top. September sells Basic $19, Pro $99 and Business $329, each with metered add-ons (extra editors, workflow actions, custom domains at $15 a month). The entry price fell by more than half; the top tier rose 22%; and the thing you buy changed shape entirely.

Monthly: $30 per user, per month · Annual: $25 per user, per month · Monthly: $50 per user, per month
Three tiers became four and the numbers were rounded: $31.95/$24.95 became $30/$25, $49.95/$39.95 became $50/$40. The old top tier at $77.95/$59.95 is gone; the new third tier is $150/$120 and a fourth sits at $597/$497 per user. The marketing line underneath still says 'Starting at $24.95 per user per month', a number that is no longer on the plan cards.

What we threw out, and why

July 2026 → August 2026. Currency selectors (Rank Math $118 → €118, FullEnrich €720 → $720 — same digits, different setting on the page). Captures that failed (Freshservice returned four lines in July and nine in August, one of them raw Next.js JSON). Annual rates shown for the first time (Beehiiv, VidPal). A feature change with no price change (Leadpages went from 500 pages to unlimited; its '13-year track record' also became '14-year'). Promotional churn (Hostinger). Amounts that were never prices — Emergent's pricing page was announcing a $130M Series C. Too small to bother reporting (Notify Me, $9.99 → $9.90). And six where two captures weren't enough to tell what had happened (Flippa, Kartra, Aspire, Pangram, Trainerize, ZenZap). One more I held back at first: UENI clearly restructured, but my own notes on it were a month out of date, and publishing would have contradicted my own writeup. I re-read the page in a browser, corrected the notes from one subscription to four tiers, and it's in the list above.

August 2026 → September 2026. Sixty-two pages where amounts were only added or removed, not changed (new annual rates shown, a tier's card no longer captured). BuddyPunch: the capture shows two rate rows side by side and, without a browser, we cannot tell which row is annual and which is monthly, so a possible second increase stays unreported until we read the page live. Glide: the August capture caught only the add-on lines, so there is nothing to compare. Hostinger: promotional churn, all three renewal rates unchanged. Amounts identical with different formatting (Leadfeeder, Housecall Pro, Calilio, KrispCall, Compliancely, Heard, UENI). Amounts that were never prices (Printify's page shows an $813 order example; Vida AI's a $1,500 pilot). Too small to report (Notify Me).

The corpus

CaptureTools in the runPages readWith readable amounts
July 2026238214159
August 2026423332265
September 2026428333278

A capture “reads” when the pricing URL returns a page we can parse; it fails on bot walls, logged-in pricing and pages rendered entirely in the browser. “Readable amounts” means at least one currency figure survived extraction. Only pages that read in both months and carried amounts in both are compared, which is why the base for each round is smaller than the run. Corpus figures measured 2026-09-02.

What we are not claiming

This is not the SaaS market. The 428 tools are the ones in our own review database: business software for small and mid-sized companies, weighted to sales, marketing, support, HR, e-commerce and infrastructure. A corpus of enterprise platforms would move differently.

One capture is one render. A pricing page can show different figures by country, currency selector, billing toggle or A/B test. We capture from one location with one default state each month. Where a change turned out to be a toggle or a currency setting, it is in the discard list, not the count.

Amounts, not always plan names. The extractor keeps price lines, and on some pages the plan label sits in a different element. Where the pairing of a figure to a tier was uncertain, the entry says so or was held back until a third capture settled it.

A month is a coarse grid. A change that appears and disappears between two captures is invisible to us. The true rate of change is therefore at least what we report, not at most.

Method

On the 2nd of each month a script requests the pricing URL on file for every tool (falling back to /plans and the homepage), decodes the page, keeps the lines that carry a currency figure, and stores them with a hash of the page text. A comparison script pairs each month with the previous one and flags every tool whose set of amounts changed. Those flags are candidates, nothing more: text hashes change on most pages every month, and amounts appear in case studies, calculators and funding announcements. A person then reads the raw lines of both captures for every candidate and records what happened, in one of four kinds: increase, decrease, restructure, withdrawn. Every published entry carries the literal lines; the discard reasons are published too.

The register is append-only. An older round is never rewritten, because the sequence of rounds is the price history and a series adjusted after the fact is not a series. Rounds so far: July 2026 to August 2026 (237 pairs, 24 candidates, 9 verified, checked 2026-08-22); August 2026 to September 2026 (330 pairs, 30 candidates, 10 verified, checked 2026-09-02).
