What the headline covers is the part worth reading twice: Core includes 3 user licences, Pro 5, and both include just 100 sales orders a month and 250,000 or 500,000 API calls. Everything past that is priced separately — extra users at $69 a month on Core and $89 on Pro, sales-order upgrades at $70 (up to 500), $200 (up to 1,500), $320 (up to 3,000) or $490 (unlimited) a month, and support as a paid add-on at $99 a month for Standard or $239 for Premier. Onboarding is a one-off fee on top: $449 self-service, $799 standard, $5,549 full. Optional modules start at $119 a month for Advanced Inventory Manager, $262 for Marketing Accelerator and $450 for CRM. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
The honest knock
The 100 sales orders a month included on both bundles is the number that decides your bill, not the $399. A wholesaler running 1,500 orders with six users who wants phone support pays $399 for Core, $200 for the order tier, $207 for three extra seats and $99 for Standard support — $905 a month, or 2.3 times the headline, before a one-off onboarding fee of at least $449. Support being a paid add-on rather than part of the plan is the detail most comparison tables miss. Price the bundle you will actually be on: count your busiest month's orders, your real seat count, and decide whether you can live without phone support, then compare that total against the alternatives rather than comparing entry prices.
How to actually use Unleashed Software
Start with the 14-day trial, which runs with all features enabled, and use it to answer one question rather than to tour the product: how many sales orders does your busiest month actually produce? That number picks your tier and it is where the bill moves, because both bundles include only 100 a month and the upgrades run $70 to $490. Do the same for seats — Core covers 3 and Pro 5, and each extra one is $69 or $89 a month, so a six-person team on Core is $207 a month on top before anything else. Decide about support during the trial too: phone and live chat sit in a paid tier at $99 or $239 a month, and it is easier to price that in now than to discover it after go-live.
