Starter is free for 50 synced orders a month. Growth is $9 a month for 300 orders, $19 for 700 and $29 for 1,000. On monthly billing each extra order costs $0.05, and the app keeps syncing. On annual billing there is no overage: new orders stop syncing until you upgrade. On the free plan orders past 50 do not sync until the next cycle. If you bill monthly, set the capped amount for usage charges; the vendor itself recommended this to a merchant billed $46 on the $9 plan.
Estimated delivery dates, automatic translation of carrier scans, removing the Track123 branding, and the Klaviyo, Omnisend, Slack and Gorgias integrations. Growth adds custom email notifications, PayPal and Stripe tracking sync, data export and analytics to the free features.
Growth and Advanced have a 7-day free trial on monthly and annual billing. Each store can claim it once; upgrading again later does not restart it.
No. Plans count synced orders; the pricing article says lookups on the tracking page are unlimited on every plan.
Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
