Positive User, the platform formerly called User.com and now part of the French Positive group, sells a Marketing Suite in three plans. Campaigns is €69 a month billed annually with 1 seat: email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing, the drag-and-drop editor, a library of ready-made workflows, unlimited contacts, up to 60,000 emails a year, up to 6,000 WhatsApp messages a year and 5 active workflows. Marketing Automation Suite is €199 a month with 2 seats and adds real-time visitor tracking, website personalisation, pop-ups, event tracking, a 360-degree contact view, advanced segmentation and AI agents, with 24,000 WhatsApp messages a year, 20 active workflows, 50 forms and 50 landing pages.

Is there a free plan?
No. There is a 7-day free trial that the FAQ says needs no credit card and includes the full feature set and all add-ons. After that you choose a paid plan.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can ask for auto-renewal to be cancelled at any time, but no refund is issued; you keep access until the end of the period. On annual Marketing Suite plans the FAQ asks for at least 30 days notice before the renewal date, and 3 business days before a monthly renewal.
What should I weigh before buying Marketing software?
Usually yes for the major platforms, but check yours specifically. Tools in this class typically ship native connectors for the big CMS, CRM and email platforms and fall back on Zapier, webhooks or an API for everything else.
