IntelisIntelis Review (2026)

E-commerceResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-08-21

E-commerce tooling is ROI-math on margin: every tool must pay for itself in conversion, basket size or saved hours. So where does Intelis actually fit?

The honest bottom line. Worth it for Shopify stores with hundreds to a few thousand variants that genuinely compete on price on Google Shopping and want competitor monitoring and repricing handled automatically. Skip it once your catalogue is small, you do not compete primarily on price.

What Intelis does

Monitors competitor prices on Google Shopping and direct competitor sites and reprices your Shopify catalogue automatically with AI matching rules. Priced by tracked products or variants: $49 a month for 100, $179 for 1,000, $249 for 2,000 and $399 for 5,000, each with a 14-day trial.

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 21 Aug 2026

(read 2026-08-21 on apps.shopify.com/ecoprice-analytics and on intelis.ai/pricing) Four tiers on the Shopify listing, priced by how many products or variants you track, each with a 14-day free trial. Basic $49 a month or $490 a year, a 17% saving: up to 100 products or variants, Google Shopping competitor monitoring, AI automatch for unlimited competitors, dynamic pricing, unlimited competitor URL tracking, reports, pricing history and chat support. Professional $179 a month or $1,790 a year: up to 1,000, adding variant tracking, sales analysis, live feed export, pricing strategy monitoring and premium chat support. Premium $249 a month or $2,490 a year: up to 2,000, adding Shopify Markets support per market, Google Analytics integration and API access. Business $399 a month or $3,990 a year: up to 5,000, adding a custom labels feed for Google Merchant Center, MAP monitoring, a customised AI matching algorithm, pricing consultation and A+ support. Intelis's own pricing page does not agree with the listing above Premium: it shows Business at $499 a month and $4,990 a year on its annual toggle, $399 on its monthly toggle, and an Enterprise tier for up to 10,000 SKUs at $849 a month; the company homepage prints that same Enterprise tier as $749. The listing is what Shopify billing charges you, so treat everything above Premium as unsettled and get the tier confirmed in writing. All charges are billed in USD and recur every 30 days. Developer Intelis; the app launched 6 July 2021. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The honest knock

The ladder counts variants, not products, and that is where stores get caught. A catalogue of forty garments in five sizes and three colours is six hundred variants, so a shop most people would call small lands on the $179 tier rather than the $49 one. Count your variants, not your line items, before you read the price. Above Premium the vendor cannot keep its own numbers straight. The Shopify listing says Business is $399 a month. Intelis's pricing page says $499 with a $4,990 annual rate, and its monthly toggle on the same page says $399. Its homepage prices Enterprise at $749 while the pricing page says $849. Three published figures for the same tier usually means the tier is negotiated rather than listed, which is fine, but it means the number you were quoted is the only one that counts. And automatic repricing is not a switch you leave alone. The matching is AI-driven across Google Shopping and competitor sites, and a mismatched listing quietly reprices the wrong product, while an unbounded rule set on a busy category is how a store races itself to the bottom. Set floor prices before you turn dynamic pricing on, and audit what the automatch decided in the first fortnight.

Best for: Shopify stores with hundreds to a few thousand variants that genuinely compete on price on Google Shopping and want competitor monitoring and repricing handled automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Does Intelis work with my store platform?

Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.

Who should not use Intelis?

Skip it if your catalogue is small, you do not compete primarily on price, or your variant count sits just above a tier boundary and would push you to the next rung for a handful of SKUs. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
