The honest knock
The honest note is brand confusion: multiple products share the Hopp name (Wix's link-in-bio tool among them), so make sure the thing you're evaluating is the digital-card/networking product you mean — and given thin public pricing, get current rates in writing. Digital cards themselves are a proven, low-cost category; the durable value is contact-sync into your CRM, not the tap-to-share moment.
What buyers report about Hopp
Recurring themes from Trustpilot and link-in-bio comparisons, read in August 2026. We have not run Hopp ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
- • Clean design and simple setup — 4.4 on Trustpilot, and Pro at $8.50-$9.99 a month includes branding removal, a custom domain, premium templates and short links.
- • There is a free plan, and being part of Wix means the infrastructure behind it is not a startup risk.
- • There is no white-label on any tier. You can remove Hopp branding on Pro, but you cannot resell under your own brand or manage client pages from one account — that rules out agency use entirely.
- • Analytics are surface-level even on Pro. No per-block performance breakdown, no audience geography.
- • Hopp no longer publishes a pricing page; rates are regional and only visible from inside your account.
- • 18 Trustpilot reviews is a small base, and the mixed ones cite Facebook link integration problems and slow support.

Judge it on evidence rather than adjectives. If the tool will hold anything sensitive, those four answers matter more than any feature comparison.
