Bold Memberships charges for every member, every month: $0.13 each after the first 10, so a free loyalty tier with 10,000 customers costs about $1,300 a month, and the listing does not say whether free members count.

One plan, called Scale: free to install, then $0.13 per member per month. All charges are billed in USD. The listing does not define a member; we read it as each customer enrolled in one of your membership tiers, free tiers included, and that is worth confirming before you put a free tier in front of your whole customer list.
Read on 5 October 2026: one plan at $0.13 per member per month, with the first 10 members free forever, the first 30 days free, no base fee and no transaction fee. That is about $13 a month at 100 members and about $130 at 1,000. Paid tiers run through Stripe, whose processing fees come on top.
The listing does not say, so ask Bold before you enrol your whole customer list in a free tier. If they count, a free loyalty tier costs 13 cents a month for every customer in it, whatever they spend.
The listing says it works with any subscription app and names Bold Subscriptions, and Bold's product page describes perks that unlock automatically when a customer subscribes. One January 2026 review notes that membership sign-ups do not show up as Shopify orders, so support questions about paid tiers are handled in the payment app rather than in Shopify.
Check your platform and version specifically. Shopify support is close to universal in this category, while WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento and headless setups vary a lot, and 'supported' sometimes means a generic API rather than a maintained app. A listing in your own platform's app store, with recent reviews there, is a better signal than the vendor's logo wall.
