Alli AI Review (2026)

By · Researched and written with an AI assistant · who does what

The entry is $299 a month paid monthly — agency-grade automation priced accordingly — and every tier meters on FOUR axes at once (sites, seats, keywords, pages).

Best for

consultants and agencies managing SEO across a portfolio of client sites who want bulk on-page changes, optimization rules and keyword tracking from one dashboard.

Skip it if

you run a single site — $299 buys far more capacity than you need, and a one-site SEO suite costs a fraction — or you're not comfortable letting software edit pages in bulk.

Summarised from the pricing notes below; the notes carry the conditions.

Billed in USD, no free tier, a 10-day free trial on every plan and cancellation from the dashboard at any time. The page shows two ladders behind a Monthly/Annual toggle. Paid monthly: Business $299 a month (5 sites, 5 team members, 500 keywords, 1,250 pages) and Agency $599 a month (15 sites, 15 team members, 2,000 keywords, 5,000 pages). Paid annually: Business $2,990 a year and Agency $5,990 a year, which the page prints as $249 and $499 a month, a saving of $598 and $1,198 respectively.

Enterprise is quote-only (50 sites, 50 team members, 5,000 keywords, 20,000 pages). Every quota has a published add-on price that differs per tier and per term: monthly Business is extra sites from $39 each, extra keywords from $24.99 per 100 and extra pages from $14.99 per 250; annual Business $32.50, $20.83 and $12.50; monthly Agency $29, $14.99 and $9.99; annual Agency $24.17, $12.50 and $8.33.

Business and Agency carry the same engine — the AI Search Visibility Engine, pre-rendering for 50-plus AI crawlers, the AI bot traffic monitor, LLM Mode, keyword tracking, site speed optimizer, link builder, standard reports and a weekly crawl — and Agency adds only API access, white label and snippet hosting. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

Category context: Marketing. Across the 24 tools in this category that we researched with a public US-dollar price, the median entry price is $29 a month (lowest paid plan as listed, per seat where the vendor prices per seat). Alli AI’s entry price of $299 a month sits above that median. Compare pricing conditions in the Software Cost Atlas →

Correction after re-checking: Our earlier text put Business at $249 a month and Agency at $499 as if those were the standing prices. They are the annual term: alliai.com/pricing shows $299 and $599 with the toggle on monthly, and $2,990 and $5,990 billed annually, which is where the $249 and $499 come from. What the pricing page doesn’t say

Alli AI pricing page
Alli AI’s own pricing page Oct 2026. Prices change — always check the live page.
The catch

Growth on any axis costs extra, though at least the rates are published: from $39 per extra site, $24.99 per 100 extra keywords and $14.99 per 250 extra pages on monthly Business. And the category caveat an honest review owes you: bulk automated on-page edits are powerful, but changes at scale deserve human review — unchecked automated SEO is how sites break. One more thing the pricing page does not answer, and it matters at $299 a month: their own FAQ says your site, CMS and code stay untouched, so where changes are delivered through that snippet they last exactly as long as the subscription does.

Price this as renting an improvement, not buying one, and ask them directly what happens to applied changes after you cancel before you commit a year.

What Alli AI does

Agency-grade SEO automation — bulk on-page optimizations, rules and keyword tracking across multiple sites and CMSes from one dashboard.

What buyers report about Alli AI

Hands-on: not tested by usReported by buyers: Capterra and independent tool reviews, read August 2026

Themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Alli AI ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • • It deploys on-page changes across many sites without touching the codebase, which is why agencies with large client portfolios use it. Alli AI reports 26,000+ companies on the platform.
  • • Keyword tracking and real-time deployment in one place, with a 10-day trial.
What they complain about
  • • This is the one to understand before you buy: the optimisations are delivered as JavaScript overlays, so they disappear when you stop paying. You are renting the improvements, not owning them. One reviewer puts three-month churn at 67% — their figure, not a measured one, but the mechanism behind it is real and verifiable.
  • • No content creation, no keyword research, and nothing for AI-crawler visibility in ChatGPT or Perplexity.
  • • Three tiers, with agencies and enterprise a long way above the entry plan.
  • • Independent reviews are close to non-existent at this price point. The case studies are Alli AI's own. That absence of third-party evidence is itself worth weighing.

When the paid plan is worth it

Alli AI has no free tier, only a 10-day trial, so the real decision is which paid plan, and the entry price is steep: Business is $299 a month for 5 sites, 500 keywords and 1,250 pages, or $2,990 a year, which the page prints as $249 a month. It starts paying for itself once you manage several sites and want on-page changes pushed through a single JavaScript snippet instead of routing every title tag and meta description through a developer; Agency at $599 a month, or $499 on the annual term, fits that agency workflow.

It does not pay off for a single small site you could hand-edit yourself, where the monthly cost outruns the work saved. Upgrading tiers buys more sites, seats and keywords, plus API access, white label and snippet hosting — but not better judgment. Users report off-target keyword suggestions, an auto-selected focus keyword you cannot set upfront, and false-positive technical flags. More quota does not fix recommendation quality.

How to actually use Alli AI

First value is quick to reach: add your domain, then paste an encrypted JavaScript snippet between your site's head tags. It works across WordPress, Shopify, Wix and others because changes are injected at render time rather than through each CMS. Install runs through a wizard in roughly 15 minutes, after which Alli AI crawls your site and returns on-page suggestions you approve or reject, with approved changes going live immediately.

Distilled from vendor documentation and independent walkthroughs

Common Alli AI setup mistakes

Where Alli AI setups actually go wrong, and what it costs you when they do. Same sources as the setup notes above — not from a walkthrough we ran ourselves.

Where people get stuck: the tool auto-picks a focus keyword without asking, and correcting it triggers a full re-analysis one reviewer timed at about 45 minutes.

  • Recommendations arrive in bulk with weak prioritization and are frequently off-target for your niche — reviewers describe unrelated keyword and backlink suggestions.
  • So you must vet each one rather than bulk-approve.
  • Users also hit interface bugs, such as a task link returning a 404, and false-positive technical flags.
  • Budget your time for reviewing suggestions, not just for installing the snippet.

Alli AI vs Rank Math, side by side

Best for
WordPress site owners who want a powerful, feature-rich SEO plugin — the free version alone beats most paid rivals

Both names above are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. Neither changes what this table says.

The natural comparison is Rank Math — Rank Math optimizes WordPress one site at a time for a fraction of the price; Alli AI is the multi-site automation layer for agencies — pick by whether you manage one property or a portfolio.

Frequently asked questions

Why does the same plan show $249 on one screenshot and $299 on another?

Because the pricing page carries two ladders behind a Monthly/Annual toggle, and both are on the page at the same time. Read on 19 September 2026: pay monthly and Business is $299 a month, Agency $599. Commit to a year and the page bills $2,990 and $5,990, which it prints as $249 and $499 a month with "You save $598 per year" and "You save $1,198 per year" beside them. Enterprise is quote-only on both. So $249 is not a lower price for the same terms, it is the annual term. Our own earlier text mixed those two up, which is why the correction note sits above this section.

What happens when I outgrow 5 sites or 500 keywords?

You buy the extra rather than jump a tier, and Alli AI publishes the rates, which is more than most tools in this category do. On monthly Business the page lists extra sites from $39 each, extra keywords from $24.99 per 100 and extra pages from $14.99 per 250. On the annual term those same add-ons drop to $32.50, $20.83 and $12.50. Agency is cheaper per unit again: $29 / $14.99 / $9.99 monthly, $24.17 / $12.50 / $8.33 annually. Do the arithmetic before upgrading — three extra sites on monthly Business is $117, while the step to Agency is $300 and brings ten more.

What does the extra $300 a month buy on Agency that Business does not have?

Three things, and only three, if you go by the feature lists: API access, white label and snippet hosting. Everything else in the Agency column is quota — 15 sites instead of 5, 15 team members instead of 5, 2,000 keywords instead of 500, 5,000 pages instead of 1,250. The engine itself is the same on both: the AI Search Visibility Engine, pre-rendering for 50-plus AI crawlers, the AI bot traffic monitor, LLM Mode, keyword tracking, the site speed optimizer, the link builder, standard reports and a weekly crawl are all listed under Business. Agency is a capacity-and-reselling plan, not a better product.

If I cancel, do the optimizations stay on my site?

The pricing page does not answer it directly, and the closest thing it says points the wrong way for you. Their own FAQ explains that Alli AI "serves AI crawlers a pre-rendered version of your existing pages" and that "your site, CMS, and code stay untouched" — which is the selling point while you pay, and the risk when you stop, because nothing was written into your CMS to survive the cancellation. The FAQ confirms you can cancel any time from the dashboard but says nothing about what happens to applied changes afterwards. Ask them in writing before you commit a year; at $2,990 that answer is the whole purchase.
