Seamless.aiSeamless.ai Review (2026)No Published Price Above Free

Growth & RevenueResearched assessment · by Daniel HaketUpdated 2026-09-08

Data accuracy is the recurring complaint — independent tests put email deliverability around 74% (20–30% bounce) versus ZoomInfo's ~2–3%, so real cost per usable contact climbs. Throughout this review we weigh it against ZoomInfo.

Best for: teams that want a huge real-time contact database and AI list-building for less than ZoomInfo, and can tolerate cleaning the data.
Price: Free plan; paid from $147/mo · full pricing as we read it on 7 Sep 2026 ↓

Pricing (2026)

✓ Pricing re-verified 7 Sep 2026

Still no published amount above the free plan, in a fourth reading. Free: 1 user, 50 credits. Pro: 'Per User', unlimited exports, annual credit packages, '1 Credits = Phone + Email', Contact sales. Enterprise: unlimited users, unlimited exports, custom packages, customer success and enterprise support, Contact sales. The only quantity they publish above Free is in the FAQ: Pro plans start at 10,000 annual credits, and custom accounts get a daily allotment at five or more licence tiers.

The FAQ also says there are no setup fees, and that 'the prices shown on this page reflect this annual discount' — on a page that shows none. Four capabilities are marked Add-on in every column, Enterprise included: AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data. Connect (email, calling and tasks) is flagged as included on all plans for a limited time.

Third-party guides report an entry around $147 a month for roughly 250 credits and up to $150-500 per user a month; those are not Seamless's numbers, and 250 credits a month is 3,000 a year against a published Pro floor of 10,000. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

What the price did

We capture Seamless.ai’s own pricing page every month and keep the figures, so this is our record of the page — not a forecast, and not someone else’s summary.

No series, and no published price to build one from: our July and August 2026 captures both contain no amount, there was still no public rate card on 17 August 2026, and there is none on 7 September 2026 either. Four readings, four blanks. The one thing that has appeared is a quantity: the FAQ's floor of 10,000 annual credits on Pro. Any money figure you find for this tool came from a buyer or a comparison site, not from Seamless.

The honest knock

The buying experience is the other weak spot: sales-led, auto-renew with 30–60 day written cancellation, and reports of charges after a 'confirmed' cancellation.

What Seamless.ai does

B2B contact database with AI list-building, plus an MCP server so Claude or ChatGPT can run the searching and enrichment. Nothing above the free plan (1 user, 50 credits) carries a published price; the only quantity their FAQ names is a Pro floor of 10,000 annual credits (read 7 Sep 2026). Independent tests put deliverability near 74%, and contracts auto-renew with 30-60 days' notice to cancel.

What buyers report about Seamless.ai

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Seamless.ai ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

What they praise
  • Real-time search rather than a static database, and the Chrome extension pulls contacts while you browse — 4.4 on G2 across 5,000+ reviews, 4.5 on Capterra.
  • Reviewers who work within their credits report it finding contacts other tools miss.
What they complain about
  • Cancellation is the number one complaint across every platform — ahead of data quality, pricing and features. Contracts are annual with 60 days' notice required before renewal; miss it by a fortnight and you have another twelve months.
  • One reviewer submitted cancellation three months early, had it acknowledged, was charged anyway, and needed four months plus a credit card dispute to resolve it.
  • Bounced emails and disconnected numbers still consume your credit. There are no refunds for invalid data.
  • Renewal often pairs a price increase with a reduced credit allotment.

Where the ratings disagree. 4.4 on G2 against 1.4 on Trustpilot, and the BBB logged 79 complaints in three years with 42 never answered. That is the widest and best-documented split in this whole set. The G2 reviews are about finding contacts; the rest are about getting out.

Price the usable contacts, not the credits

There is still no published price above the free plan, and after four readings across July, August and September 2026 we should be plain about it: nothing on seamless.ai carries an amount above Free (read again on 7 September 2026). Free is one user and 50 credits. Pro is priced 'Per User' with unlimited exports and annual credit packages. Enterprise is unlimited users and custom packages. Both say Contact sales.

One number does escape, and it is a quantity rather than a price: their own FAQ states that Pro plans start at 10,000 annual credits. That is worth holding onto, because it is the only floor Seamless publishes — and it does not fit the figure everyone else quotes. Third-party guides report an entry around $147 a month for roughly 250 credits, which is 3,000 credits a year, under a third of Seamless's own published Pro floor.

Either those guides describe a plan that no longer exists or they describe something other than Pro. Treat the $147 as unverified in both directions; it is not our number and it is not theirs. The same page contradicts itself twice more. The FAQ answers 'What discounts are available?' by saying the prices shown on this page reflect the annual discount — on a page that shows no prices. Whatever you are quoted, that quote is for the platform without them, so upgrading the tier is not what puts them in the contract.

What the contract rations is credits, not seats, and a credit here buys a phone number and an email together — the Pro card says so in as many words. So the number to compare is not the price per credit but the price per contact you can actually reach. Independent tests put email deliverability here around 74%, meaning 20-30% bounce, against ZoomInfo's roughly 2-3%. Divide any per-credit rate you are quoted by your own measured hit rate before you compare it with anything, and take that measurement during the free 50 rather than trusting either figure.

The other half of this purchase is the paperwork, and it is where the complaints cluster. The contract auto-renews and requires 30 to 60 days' written cancellation; buyers report the renewal conversation being harder than the first sale, and there are reports of charges landing after a cancellation the customer believed was confirmed. None of that is a price, but all of it is a cost. Get the notice period, the cancellation method and the renewal price in writing, and put a calendar reminder 90 days before renewal on the day you sign — not 30, because 30 is the window itself.

How to actually use Seamless.ai

Spend the 50 free credits as a measurement rather than a trial. Pull 50 contacts you can verify independently — people at companies you already sell to, or addresses you have mailed before — and check two things: how many resolve at all, and how many actually deliver. Independent tests put deliverability here around 74%, and your own 50 will tell you whether your segment is better or worse than that.

Take that bounce rate into the sales conversation, because it is the only number that converts their price into your cost. Divide any quoted per-credit rate by your measured hit rate and compare that figure — not the quoted one — against the alternatives. Go into that conversation with the one quantity they do publish. Their FAQ says Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits, so ask what those 10,000 cost before you discuss anything bigger, and ask separately about the AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data, which are add-ons on every tier including Enterprise.

Then handle the contract before the product. Ask for the renewal price, the notice period and the cancellation method in writing, and set a calendar reminder 90 days before each renewal date at the moment you sign. The notice window is 30 to 60 days, so a reminder set at 30 days is already too late, and buyers report the exit being harder than the entry.

Distilled from seamless.ai/pricing read on 7 September 2026, plus seamless.ai/llms.txt the same day. The pricing page is served complete as HTML — no browser needed, and no amount appears anywhere in it. The plan columns (Free / Pro / Enterprise) were read cell by cell down the full feature list, which is where the four Add-on markers (AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot, Buyer Intent Data) and the Pro card's '1 Credits = Phone + Email' come from. The only number above Free is in the FAQ block at the foot of the page, which is also published as FAQPage JSON-LD in the same document: 'Pro plans start off at 10,000 annual credits', no setup fees, and the answer claiming the prices shown reflect the annual discount. seamless.ai/llms.txt says subscriptions are tiered by features, seats and usage, that credit consumption depends on plan, and instructs AI systems reading it: 'Do not invent pricing, availability, or guarantees.' It carries no amounts either. Note on what was NOT re-checked in this reading: the ~74% deliverability figure and the auto-renewal and cancellation reports are third-party and buyer-reported, not vendor-published, and they were carried over from earlier rounds rather than re-sourced today.

Seamless.ai vs ZoomInfo, side by side

Both columns come from the same place: each vendor’s own published pricing, read on the date shown in the sources at the foot of this page. We do not average them into a score.

What it costs
Contracts typically start around $15k and the median runs near $32k a year, climbing once seats, credits and add-ons (intent data, international coverage) stack up — but those are third-party figures, not ZoomInfo's, and every deal is negotiated annually.
The catch
The contract is the most-cited frustration: annual lock-in with a strict 60–90 day cancellation window and 10–20% renewal increases.
Best for
enterprise go-to-market teams that need the deepest US database, buyer-intent signals and conversation intelligence — and can absorb the contract

The natural comparison is ZoomInfo or Apollo — the more accurate and the cheaper data tools. Weigh it against ZoomInfo on the job you actually need done.

Frequently asked questions

What does Seamless.ai cost?

It is not published. There is a free plan with one user and 50 credits, and everything above it is quoted by sales. Third-party guides cite roughly $147 a month for about 250 credits and up to $500 per user, but we could not verify any of that against Seamless's own pages in four readings — and their FAQ says Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits, which is more than three times the 3,000 a year those guides describe.

What should I check before signing?

The credit allowance and what happens when it runs out, since that is what the contract rations, and which of the four add-ons you need — AI Assistant, Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data are marked Add-on on every tier, Enterprise included. Buyers also consistently report friction at renewal rather than at purchase, so get the cancellation terms and the renewal price in writing at the start.

Is the free plan useful?

Fifty credits is enough to test data accuracy on a handful of your own target accounts, which is exactly what you should do — accuracy varies sharply by territory and industry, and it is the only thing that matters in this category. Check names you already know the answers for.

What should I weigh before buying Growth & Revenue software?

It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
