A done-for-you website, now sold in four tiers rather than one. Every tier carries the same setup fee of $599, currently promoted at $79. Launch is $24.99/mo and covers a custom-designed site, domain and SSL, hosting, one professional email address and 30 days of done-for-you edits. Plus is $59.00/mo and adds unlimited done-for-you edits, four email addresses, advanced SEO, integrations such as live chat and lead forms, promotion on Google, Facebook and Instagram, and VIP phone support.
Ecommerce is $99.00/mo and adds a full online store with abandoned cart recovery, social selling, subscriptions and courses, advanced bookings and deposits, automated sales tax and a loyalty programme. Growth is $124.99/mo and adds a dedicated VIP Growth Team, a custom marketing plan, monthly one-on-one sessions and 2,000 words of fresh content a month. A yearly toggle advertises about 17% off: our August capture records $20.83 a month ($249.90 billed annually) on Launch and $49.17 ($590) on Plus, with two-year rates of $18.74 ($449.82) and $44.25 ($1,062).
Transaction fees are 0% on every tier and there is a 30-day money-back guarantee. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
What the pricing page doesn’t say
DIY editing and customisation are limited, e-commerce and integrations are basic, and the most common complaint is the gap between the 7-day promise and reality — slow design turnaround and patchy communication with the team. Expect some upselling.
What UENI does
A done-for-you small-business website, built for you rather than a builder you have to learn: a one-time build fee plus a monthly plan that includes domain, email and a launch call. DIY editing is limited and the seven-day promise often slips.
What buyers report about UENI
Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run UENI ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.

- • G2 reviewers flag hidden add-on costs — a blog, a subscribe button and basic ecommerce pushed one reviewer well past the advertised tier.
- • Design control and the more useful tools sit on the higher plans rather than the entry tier.
- • It is a managed service. If you want to change things yourself frequently, this is the wrong shape.

The discount is the smallest number in the deal
A done-for-you website built in seven days: a one-time build fee, currently promoted at $79 against a usual price of about $599, plus a $24.99 monthly subscription on the entry tier. That includes domain, email, an editor and a one-to-one launch call, with zero transaction fees and a 30-day refund guarantee. Since our July reading the ladder has been restructured: what was an optional Growth plan is now the top of four tiers at $124.99 a month, with Plus at $59.00 and Ecommerce at $99.00 in between.
The $520 saving is the number the page is built around and it is the least important figure in the offer. Run three years: $79 plus 36 months at $24.99 is $978.64, of which the subscription is $899.64 — 92% of what you will spend. Even at the full $599 build fee, the subscription overtakes it inside twenty-four months. The build is a one-off; $299.88 a year is forever, and that is the number to compare against alternatives.
Which raises the question the pricing page does not answer, and it is the one to ask before you pay anything: what happens to the site if you stop subscribing? Do you keep the files, do you keep the domain, can the site be moved to another host? A done-for-you site you cannot take with you is a rental rather than an asset, and after three years you will have paid roughly a thousand dollars for it either way.
Get the answer in writing. There is a second question the terms create by accident. The most common complaint about UENI is the gap between the seven-day promise and reality — slow design turnaround and patchy communication with the team. The refund guarantee is 30 days. The pricing FAQ answers when that window starts: at sign-up, 'the first 30 days' (read 26 September 2026), while the seven days to launch only start once you complete the onboarding questionnaire.
If a build slips, the guarantee can expire before you have seen the thing you are meant to be evaluating, so fill in the questionnaire on day one. What you are buying is real and the appeal is genuine: someone else does the work, and for a trades business or a local service that has been meaning to sort out its website for two years, that is worth paying for.
The catch is the same fact. DIY editing and customisation are limited, e-commerce and integrations are basic, and expect some upselling. If you want to change the site substantially yourself later, this is the wrong shape of product — not a cheaper version of a site builder, a different thing entirely.
Our monthly capture read this pricing page in July 2026 and again in August 2026. In July the page sold one subscription: $79 to launch, then $24.99 a month. In August it sells a ladder of four, with yearly and two-year prepay rates beside each. The entry price did not move, but what you are choosing between did — and the marketing service that used to be an optional add-on is now the top tier.
How to actually use UENI
Ask two questions before you pay the build fee. What happens to the site, the files and the domain if you stop subscribing — because $24.99 a month is $299.88 a year indefinitely, and a site you cannot move is a rental. And note that the 30-day refund window runs from sign-up, not delivery, while the seven-day build only starts once you complete the onboarding questionnaire - the most common complaint here is that the build takes longer, and a guarantee that expires before delivery protects nobody.
Then prepare your content before you buy, not after. The thing that actually delays a done-for-you build is waiting on the customer for photos, service descriptions, opening hours and a logo. Have all of it in one folder on day one and you remove the most likely cause of the delay you were warned about. Use the one-to-one launch call for the changes you cannot make yourself. Editing and customisation are limited by design, so go into that call with a written list rather than a general impression — it is the cheapest hour of change you will get.

Frequently asked questions
Does UENI's 30-day money-back guarantee start at sign-up or at launch?
At sign-up. The pricing FAQ (read 26 September 2026) says that if you are unhappy for any reason in the first 30 days after signing up you can request a refund, no questions asked. The seven-day build only starts once you complete the onboarding questionnaire, so fill it in on day one: a build that slips past three weeks leaves little of the window to judge the finished site.
Can I keep my own domain with UENI?
You can bring it. UENI's own FAQ (read 26 September 2026) says you can connect an existing domain or get a new one with your plan, and that sites are built on the platform you choose: UENI CMS, WordPress or Wix. What it does not say is what happens to the site or a domain bought through UENI when you cancel, which you do from the Business Hub, so get that in writing before paying the $79 setup.
Does UENI still sell a lifetime deal?
No. The FAQ (read 26 September 2026) says the lifetime deal was discontinued in 2023 and UENI is now a subscription: monthly, annual or two-year. The two-year term is the cheapest way in: Launch is $449.82 every two years, $18.74 a month, against $24.99 month-to-month, and every tier adds the $79 setup fee, normally $599.
What should I weigh before buying Growth & Revenue software?
It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
