A free plan ($0 — you pay only product base cost plus shipping per order); Premium about $39/mo monthly or ~$24.99/mo annual (up to ~20% off catalog costs), plus custom Enterprise (2026). Premium breaks even around 16-17 orders/month. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
What the pricing page doesn’t say
Printify makes nothing until you sell — the Premium fee only pays off past a break-even order volume, and because it's a middleman marketplace, print quality and shipping vary by the provider you pick. Order samples first.
What buyers report about Printify
Recurring themes from Trustpilot and print-on-demand practitioner reviews, read in August 2026. We have not run Printify ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
- • The marketplace model means providers compete on price, and that is why the base costs undercut single-factory competitors.
- • Wide catalogue and easy store integration — for testing designs without inventory it does the job.
- • Quality depends entirely on which provider you pick, and it varies. Reviewers report faded colours, off-centre prints, rough hand feel and cracking after a few washes from the cheaper providers. Order samples from your specific provider, not from Printify generally.
- • Delivery runs 5-10 business days in the US and 7-14 in Europe — slower than customers expect, and shipping delays are a top cause of negative reviews for POD sellers.
- • Premium went from $29 to $39 a month in February 2026, a 35% rise.
- • Reviewers report being charged $300 for annual plans they did not intend to renew, with refunds hard to obtain.
