The IT and productivity layer is where small, reliable tools quietly give you hours back — or, done wrong, add another login to babysit. So where does Expertise AI actually fit?

Same honest take, in video form — from our YouTube channel.
AI sales agent for B2B websites. Replaces a static chatbot with a live, RAG-grounded agent that holds buying conversations, qualifies visitors and routes them to reps or calendar slots — HubSpot-first, with visitor intelligence.

(re-verified 2026-08-15) The ladder was rebuilt since our July read: the Growth tier at $500/mo is gone, and Business is now $2,000/mo instead of $1,250. What is left is Free Preview at no cost (1 AI agent, 10 conversations, up to 50 training materials), Business $2,000/mo on both monthly and yearly billing (unlimited conversations, up to 500 training materials, visitor intelligence, proactive live chat in HubSpot, 2-way HubSpot sync, Voice AI with 300 voice minutes a month and $0.25 per minute after that, 3 playbooks, webhook, implementation by their team), and Enterprise on quote (extra agents, Salesforce and Marketo, SSO, active engagement, API access, dedicated hosting). Two side products are priced separately on the same page: the booking system is free or $30/mo ($24/mo billed yearly), and the Expertise Assistant is free, $50/mo per user ($40 billed yearly) or custom. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.

The honest catch is that there is no middle any more. When we re-read the pricing page on 15 August 2026 the $500/mo Growth tier had been withdrawn, so the ladder runs straight from a Free Preview capped at 10 conversations to Business at $2,000/mo — and everything that makes the product genuinely powerful, from visitor intelligence that de-anonymizes traffic to the 2-way HubSpot sync and Voice AI, sits on that paid tier. There is no way to grow into it gradually. It's also a RAG agent, so it's only as good as the docs you feed it: give it thin content and it can answer buyers confidently but wrong. Strong for HubSpot-centric B2B teams; less compelling if you're not in that ecosystem.
Recurring themes from G2 and platform reviews, read in August 2026. We have not run Expertise AI ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
The natural comparison is Intercom Fin or Qualified — close conversational-sales/AI-agent platforms — Expertise AI leans HubSpot-first B2B; compare on visitor-intelligence features and tier pricing. Decide by which one fits the job above, not by the louder brand.
Everything we publish about Expertise AI links back here — the review stays the honest hub:
The ex-banker filter — the same yardstick on every review (how we review): My ex-banker filter is simple: does Expertise AI remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges? If the job above is genuinely yours, it's worth a look. We never publish fake or “exclusive” prices, so always confirm the current plan on their site.
Judge it on evidence rather than adjectives. Look for a published security page, single sign-on and role controls on the plan you would actually buy (they are often gated to higher tiers), a status page with real incident history, and a clear answer on where your data is stored. If the tool will hold anything sensitive, those four answers matter more than any feature comparison.
Skip it if you're not running B2B demand-gen through a CRM like HubSpot, or a simpler support chatbot covers your needs at a fraction of the Business-tier cost. Buying a tool to fix a problem you don't have yet just adds cost and another login to manage.
