Algomo is a member of the quote-only club: $200/month is the only number on the site, and the real bill for your traffic volume and feature set only emerges in a sales conversation.

Plans start at $200 a month with no per-seat pricing — and that single sentence is the entire public price list. Everything beyond the starting rate sits behind a book-a-demo call, so what you actually pay depends on a conversation rather than a tier. The no-per-seat model is the part worth weighing: for a support team of any size, a flat platform fee behaves very differently from a per-agent one. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
Correction after re-checking: (re-verified 2026-07-24) Algomo is mid-rebrand to newmode.ai. The domain algomo.com now redirects there, and the tagline is now "Turn website traffic into pipeline," though the live site still shows "Algomo" in its logo and copyright while using newmode.ai for contact. It has also repositioned from a self-serve customer-service chatbot into a sales-led tool. The pricing page lists only Growth and Enterprise plans, states pricing begins at $200/month, and shows no free self-serve tier; the homepage footer separately adds "No per-seat pricing."

Budgeting before the demo is guesswork — and quote-priced tools rarely get cheaper at renewal. Worth knowing before it becomes load-bearing: the personalisation runs from a JavaScript snippet in your header, so the tailored copy and routing rules live for as long as the subscription does. Remove the snippet and every visitor sees the original page again.
Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Algomo ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
There is exactly one number on Algomo's site: plans start at $200 a month, with no per-seat pricing. Everything above that starting rate sits behind a book-a-demo call, so the honest answer to whether the paid plan is worth it depends on a conversation you have not had yet. What you CAN reason about before that call is the shape of the model, and the shape is unusually favourable in one specific case.
A flat platform fee behaves in the opposite direction from a per-agent one. At $200 a month, a support team of four is paying $50 per agent; a team of twenty is paying $10; a team of forty is paying $5. Per-seat tools do the reverse — they get more expensive exactly as you grow into them. So the larger and more seat-heavy your support organisation, the better this pricing model looks, and the worse it looks for a solo founder or a two-person team, for whom $200 a month is simply $200 a month.
Work out your own per-agent number before the demo; it is the one piece of arithmetic the vendor cannot do for you and the one that decides whether the floor price is cheap or expensive. What you cannot work out is what your traffic volume does to the bill, and that is the question to press hardest on the call. Ask whether the price steps with conversations, sessions, resolutions or identified visitors; ask what the rate becomes at double your current traffic; and ask it before the tool becomes load-bearing, because quote-priced software rarely gets cheaper at renewal.
One more thing belongs in the cost column even though it carries no price. The website-personalisation side runs from a JavaScript snippet in your header, which means the tailored copy and routing rules exist for exactly as long as the subscription does. You are renting a layer over your site rather than improving the site itself — a reasonable trade, but one to make knowingly, because the switching cost is paid in lost personalisation on the day you leave rather than in a fee.
First value depends on which piece you deploy. For the chat agent you sign up, then connect data sources — your documentation and product pages — with no coding. For the website-personalization side (the current newmode.ai focus), you paste a JavaScript snippet into your site header and define targeting rules in the dashboard, much like installing an analytics tag.

Where people stall: the product has grown into a full website-to-pipeline system, so it can feel like overkill if you only wanted a simple website chatbot.
The natural comparison is Intercom — Intercom's Fin is the incumbent AI-agent route with published pricing; Algomo leads with identity-based personalization and meeting booking, but keeps its price list behind a demo.

The ex-banker filter — the same yardstick on every review (how we review): My ex-banker filter is simple: does Algomo remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges? If the job above is genuinely yours, it's worth a look. We never publish fake or “exclusive” prices, so always confirm the current plan on their site.
Plans start at $200 a month with no per-seat pricing, and that is genuinely all Algomo publishes — confirmed against their own machine-readable pricing page on 17 August 2026. Anything above the starting rate comes from a demo call.
Because it inverts the usual arithmetic. Most support tools charge per agent, so a team of ten costs ten times a team of one; a flat platform fee does not. At $200 a month the break-even against a $39-per-agent competitor is around five agents — below that the per-seat tools are cheaper, above it Algomo is.
What drives the price above $200, since that is the part not published: conversation volume, channels, languages or integrations. Ask for the number at your current volume and at double it, so you can see the shape of the curve rather than one point on it.
Most tools in this category plug in rather than replace. Check which direction the data flows and whether the sync is genuinely two-way, because a one-way push creates a second source of truth that your reps will quietly stop trusting. If it does aim to replace your CRM, price the migration honestly: history, custom fields and reporting rarely move across cleanly.
