✓ Pricing re-verified 17 Aug 2026
Essentials $89/mo (4 AI channels, 50 prompts, 5 seats), Professional $349/mo (10 AI channels, 100 prompts), Enterprise from $899/mo with custom terms and volume. Annual billing is $890 and $3,490 a year respectively, which the page describes as two months free. There is a 7-day free trial with no credit card, after which the first paid month is half price — $45 instead of $89, or $175 instead of $349. Plans change — always verify the live price on their site.
We capture Omniseo’s own pricing page every month and keep the figures, so this is our record of the page — not a forecast, and not someone else’s summary.
Worth knowing how long the offer has been running: our July and August 2026 captures of Omniseo's pricing page are byte-for-byte identical. Both already carried the 'Limited-Time Offer: try the full platform for just $45 (50% off)' banner, along with the same $89, $349 and $899+ tiers. It was still there when we re-read the page on 17 August 2026. A limited-time offer that has not moved in six weeks is effectively the standard first-month price.

Two honest cautions. Tracking how you appear in ChatGPT and other AI answers is genuinely useful signal, but the metrics are far less standardized than classic SEO — and you're paying to monitor a moving target you only partly influence. And the step from Essentials to Professional is a big jump for more channels and prompts. Treat it as an early-mover intelligence tool, not a guaranteed ranking lever.
AI search visibility (GEO) tracking. Monitor and improve how your brand shows up in AI answers across ChatGPT, Google AI and other channels — track prompts, competitors and citations to grow AI-driven discovery.

Recurring themes from the buyer-review sites listed at the foot of this page, read in August 2026. We have not run Omniseo ourselves, so this is other buyers' experience rather than ours. We summarise it here because the complaints are usually the part a vendor page leaves out.
OmniSEO's split runs between paid tiers rather than free-vs-paid: there is no self-serve free tier for the core platform, only separate standalone tools. Essentials, at $89/month ($45 for the first month), suits a single-brand team tracking a handful of AI channels — it caps at 4 AI channels and 50 saved prompts per month, with no CSV/PDF export. Teams needing more channels or heavier prompt research push toward Professional at $349/month ($175 first month), which raises the caps to 10 AI channels, 100 saved prompts per month, and adds 5,000-row exports per month.
What upgrading does not solve is competitor visibility: both Essentials and Professional track only 5 competitors — that ceiling only lifts on Enterprise, priced from $899+/month with custom quotes, which lists "5 per brand/serviceline" instead of a flat cap.
Our monthly capture read this vendor's pricing page in July 2026 and again in August 2026, and the amounts were the same both times. We keep watching — the registry records what moves.
There are two entry points: self-serve signup at app.omniseo.com/signup (Essentials or Professional, discounted to $45 or $175 for the first month), or a demo request, which requires name, email, website URL, and a message, with only the company field optional. OmniSEO states its team configures tracking on your behalf — "our team sets everything up for you" — rather than a self-service dashboard you configure yourself, so first value depends on their setup pace rather than an instant API connection.
For the demo path, OmniSEO commits to following up within 24 hours to schedule the session, not to activating tracking immediately. Because setup is vendor-managed, there is no published documentation describing how domain or channel verification actually works, which makes it hard to judge activation time in advance. On Essentials, the 50 ad-hoc query lookups included per month can also be used up quickly while still testing which prompts and channels matter.

The natural comparison is Profound or a classic SEO suite — other AI-visibility trackers or traditional SEO tools — Omniseo focuses on AI-answer presence; weigh how much of your traffic AI actually drives.
Everything we publish about Omniseo links back here — the review stays the honest hub:
The ex-banker filter — the same yardstick on every review (how we review): My ex-banker filter is simple: does Omniseo remove a real cost — time, errors, missed revenue — bigger than what it charges?
Essentials $89 a month, Professional $349, Enterprise from $899 with custom terms. Annual billing is $890 and $3,490 a year, which the page calls two months free. Read on 17 August 2026.
It is real in the sense that you will pay $45 rather than $89 for the first paid month, but 'limited time' is doing no work: the same banner appears in our July and August 2026 captures and was still on the page on 17 August. Treat it as the standard introductory price rather than as a deadline to rush.
Coverage rather than depth: Essentials tracks 4 AI channels with 50 prompts and 5 seats, Professional the full set of 10 channels with 100 prompts. If you only care about visibility in one or two assistants, the four-channel tier is the honest fit and the jump to $349 buys breadth you may not use.
It depends on whether you have the bottleneck it solves. Small teams get the most out of this category when one clear problem is already costing real hours or revenue; buying ahead of that just adds cost and another login. Price it against the hours or lost deals it removes, not against its feature list, and start on the smallest plan that covers the job.
