In Pingtree’s own words

Pingtree is a lead-distribution platform with an AI builder on the front of it. Copilot builds the funnels, landing pages, forms and campaigns from a prompt, and the platform underneath does the part that actually earns: ping-tree routing, partner management, tracking and reporting on the leads you already have.

It is built for performance marketers, lead brokers and affiliate operations moving real volume, and every self-managed tier carries unlimited users on role-based access, so team size is not what moves you up a plan. Pricing is usage-based on leads, ping requests, clicks and database calls, with overage billed after the month closes.

You can walk the whole platform before anyone asks for a card: the free start needs a company name, an email and a mobile number, and the 14-day trial adds a password and still no card.

Pricing: Self Managed from $499/month (14-day trial, no credit card); managed tiers are quote-only. (vendor-stated — always verify on their site)

“Self Service is the whole platform driven by Pingtree Copilot, with core usage — leads, pings, clicks and storage — included each month, overage bill…”

Genuinely good for

performance marketers, lead brokers and affiliate operations that already move real lead volume and want ping-tree routing, partner management, funnels and reporting in one system — the unlimited-users-with-roles policy on the self-service path means team size is not what pushes you up a plan

Skip it if

you are a solo marketer or small team still testing whether a lead-gen idea works. $199/month plus unpublished overage is a lot of fixed cost to carry while you find out, and the included allowances are sized for volume you likely do not have yet. Also skip it if your actual problem is finding or…

The honest comparisonLeadfeeder — these two are not substitutes, and knowing that is most of the decision. Leadfeeder identifies the companies behind anonymous traffic on your own site; Pingtree routes, sells and reports on leads you already have. If your bottleneck is not knowing who visited, Pingtree does nothing about it. If…
