small and mid-sized teams, especially remote or hybrid ones doing computer-based work such as support, BPO, IT services or back office, that want time tracking, attendance and activity monitoring under one per-user price without paying extra for screenshots or live view

Skip it if

you need more than 90 days of history in the tool and cannot negotiate it, you want a plain timer your team starts themselves rather than an agent that watches screens and activity, or your data has to stay outside India and you cannot get that written into an enterprise agreement

The honest comparisonHubstaff — Hubstaff is the closest comparison in our own dossiers. On our reading of 29 August 2026 Hubstaff's Starter was $4.99 per seat a month billed annually or $7 billed monthly, with a two-seat minimum, and its Grow and Team tiers were $7.50 and $10 billed annually.
