Dashboard tools almost never charge you for the dashboard. They charge for the thing you plug into it, and every vendor picks a different dial. Read on their own pricing pages: Databox meters data sources — Free covers three, Analyst is $64 a month and Pro $159 on annual billing, with extra sources at $5.60 each (13 August 2026). AgencyAnalytics meters clients: Core is about $20 per client a month with none included in the base, so a fifty-client agency pays around $1,000 (11 August 2026). Joiin meters legal entities, at $23 a month for one company on annual billing and $57 for five (17 August 2026). Diginius meters users — $75 for two, $250 for five, $500 for ten (21 August 2026). Iconosquare meters social profiles, from $39 a month at their default of five (26 August 2026). And Datarails meters nothing you can see: all three plans carry a Request Quote button where the number belongs (25 August 2026). So the first question is not which dashboard looks best in a demo. It is which dial your business is about to spin, because that is what decides the bill twelve months from now.
Centralized KPI dashboards. Pull data from all your software tools into one clean interface to monitor your business health. A free Skills Marketplace adds guided analyses on top: the paid-ads skill standardizes every ad channel into one efficiency table with CPA gauges against your own targets, judged per funnel role. A native MCP server (mcp.databox.com) puts those metrics inside ChatGPT or Claude — ingest data and query it in plain language. It runs on every paid plan, not on Free, and its queries spend from the same monthly AI-credit pool as Genie.
Skip it if you only need one or two data sources — the per-source fees add up — or you want deep custom data modelling, where free Looker Studio fits better.

Skip it if you are a solo operator with a couple of data sources, because the per-client meter turns a growing roster into a four-figure monthly bill.

Visit Joiin →Read our full Joiin review →Excel-native FP&A platform for finance teams. Consolidation, planning, reporting and dashboards built on top of the spreadsheets you already use, with governed data behind them.
Skip it if you are a single-entity company whose budget lives in one workbook: the quote-only sales motion costs more elapsed time than the problem is worth.

Visit Diginius →Read our full Diginius review →Social analytics, reporting and competitor benchmarking, deepest on Instagram and the core networks. Free for one user and two profiles, then Launch around €33/month and Scale €69. Tiers gate on seats and profiles, so agencies managing many brands climb faster than the entry price suggests.
Skip it if a single free native analytics view already answers your questions, or you need a publishing workhorse across many niche platforms.

Start by naming the dial. Count your data sources, your clients, your legal entities, your users and your social profiles, then read each pricing page against your own numbers rather than against the headline plan. Second, price a year out rather than today: these tools are chosen when you have three sources and paid for when you have twelve. Third, be honest about who reads the dashboard. If the answer is only you, a free Looker Studio build costs a weekend and nothing a month; if the answer is clients, white-label reporting is the product you are actually buying, and it is priced per client. Finally, check the integration list against the tools you genuinely use before you sign, because a missing connector turns a dashboard into a spreadsheet export with extra steps.
Rarely the dashboard itself. Databox prices data sources, AgencyAnalytics prices clients, Joiin prices the legal entities you consolidate, Diginius prices users and Iconosquare prices social profiles. Two tools with the same headline price can differ several-fold once your real numbers go in, so work out which dial you are about to spin before you compare plans.
Databox has a free plan with three data sources, one user and one dashboard, read on their pricing page on 13 August 2026. EcomXray's product analytics inside Shopify are free, with Pro at $29 a month (21 August 2026). Outside this list, Google's Looker Studio is free and more flexible, but you build and maintain the connections yourself — which is exactly the work these tools are selling you out of.
Datarails publishes three plans and puts a Request Quote button where every price should be, which we read on 25 August 2026. That is a legitimate model for enterprise FP&A, but it means you cannot compare it on cost without entering a sales process — worth knowing before you spend a week in one.
On some of them, and it never changes the ordering or the wording. Every price above was read on the vendor's own pricing page on the date shown, and where a programme has ended or we are not in it, the link is a plain one and the page says so.
