Close publishes four per-user tiers. The gap between the headline and what a calling team actually pays is the whole story here, so both are below.

| Plan | Per user / month | What it adds |

| Professional | $99 | up to 10 pipelines, advanced reporting, custom fields and dashboards |
| Enterprise | $139 | up to 25 pipelines, SSO and 2FA, dedicated success manager |

Reviewers running Close as a calling CRM report budgeting $150 to $250 per rep per month once the dialer tier, Call Assistant, premium phone numbers and calling minutes are included. The seat price is the entry fee, not the bill.
Price it by taking your expected call minutes per rep per month and adding those to the tier you need for the dialer — that is Startup at minimum, and Professional if you want reporting that works.
Two limits come up repeatedly and neither is about price:
There is also no native Apollo connector despite it being the most common pairing — that goes through Zapier.
