"notes": "(read 2026-11-04 on updf.com/pricing-individuals, US dollars) On 4 November the pricing page ran a Black Friday sale, so these are sale prices with the list price struck through. UPDF Pro, the full set of PDF tools on up to 4 devices, cost US$54.99 a year (list US$89.99) with 10 GB of cloud storage and 20 basic e-signatures a year, or US$84.99 once for a lifetime licence (list US$139.99) with 2 GB and 50 basic e-signatures in total. The most popular card bundles Pro with a 7-day trial of the AI Assistant: US$0 for the AI part today, then it renews at US$69 a year unless you cancel. The AI Assistant is always a yearly subscription, also next to a lifetime licence, and it adds unlimited document AI (summarise, translate, chat with PDFs), 100 GB more cloud storage and 1,000 AI credits a month. The free version lets you try everything, but edits, annotations and page changes get a trial watermark, conversion is limited to 2 files a day and OCR to 5 uses. Prices and discounts change with each campaign, so check the page on the day you buy.",
