The $10K threshold is the number to watch: crossing it changes the pricing model, not just the price.\n\nThe 3% does not stop when the subscription does. The billing article says that even after cancellation you still incur the 3% monthly charge on any ad spend over $10K unless your connected merchants are removed, and that removal is done by contacting support; the same applies on the free Basic plan you are moved to when you cancel. A seller who cancels at $30,000 a month of ad spend and forgets the merchant connection keeps paying $600 a month for a plan it no longer uses.\n\nThe two official price lists disagree above $10K. The pricing page shows Advanced as custom pricing plus 3%; the help article prices Advanced at $1,199 to $1,439 a month without mentioning the 3%, and adds an Essentials Tier 2 at $499 to $599 plus 3% that the pricing page does not list. Get the tier name, the base fee and the percentage in writing before you connect an account that spends more than $10K.\n\nThe contract terms are written for a fixed term. Orders renew automatically for the same length unless you give written notice (email is enough) at least 15 days before the term ends; the customer has no right to terminate for convenience, and ending early means paying the fees for the rest of the term within 30 days. Late invoices can carry 1.5% interest a month, and disputes go to the courts of Massachusetts. Only Essentials can be cancelled on the billing page; on Advanced or Enterprise you cancel through your Customer Success Manager or product support.",
