Basic covers two-way text and email, unlimited estimates and invoices, a calendar with automated reminders, 2 digital vehicle inspection templates, electronic signatures, integrated payments, parts lookup and ordering and the mobile app. Clever adds a customisable workflow, unlimited inspections, labor guides, inventory management, purchase orders, time clock tracking and the built-in QuickBooks Online and ALLDATA integrations. Genius adds a Google reviews manager, diagrams and procedures, automated estimate follow-ups, inactive work orders, a coupons manager, audit logs and what the page calls the lowest payment rates. A one-time $500 data migration fee applies. The card reader is $299 plus $10 a month per device, with a further $10 a month per device for cellular, and online and in-person payment fees are listed as 'Call for Pricing' on every plan. QuickBooks Desktop integration is an additional fee.
