That matters more than usual here, because AEO tracking is a young field: nobody has yet shown that being cited by ChatGPT or Perplexity moves revenue, and the numbers a tracker reports are hard for a merchant to check independently. The free tier is also thin — 5 AI credits and one audit a month is enough to see the interface, not to test the product.\n\nWho is behind it is thinly documented. The listing gives the developer as Nexis Cro with an address in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, the app is English-only, and nexiscro.com links a privacy policy but no terms of service or refund policy. The privacy policy (8 June 2026) names OpenAI as the processor for AI requests, using models such as GPT-4o-mini, so product and policy text you send through AI Quick Fix leaves Shopify for OpenAI. The listing's data-access block asks for the store owner's name, email, phone number and address and for customer device and geolocation data.\n\nThe vendor's own pages also disagree on price: the llms.txt file lists Pro at $29, Growth at $59 and Agency at $149, three times the listing's $9, $21 and $44.
