"best_for": "teams running a predictable programme of webinars to a known audience size, where buying a year of attendance up front is cheaper than a per-seat platform",
"skip_if": "your webinar schedule is irregular or experimental, because paying a year ahead for attendance you cannot forecast is the wrong shape; a per-month platform is safer while you find out what works",
"honest_knock": "This is a bet on attendance that you place a year in advance. You buy credits up front — €2.50 each in euros, $3.00 in dollars, set separately rather than converted — and a credit is spent per unique participant per session, so a four-part series to the same 200 people is 800 credits, not 200, which is €2,000. A webinar that does better than expected runs you out, and the page is now clear about what that means: new attendees cannot join until you buy a higher tier. The page publishes the per-attendee rate but never a total. Before you commit, count sessions times expected attendees for the whole year, and plan to use them within the billing year, because Livestorm's help centre (read 22 October 2026) says unused credits do not roll over. There is no pause option either, and cancelling after the renewal date brings no refund.",

Pro is sold as attendee credits, bought as a yearly pack up front, with sessions up to 4 hours and unlimited team members; Enterprise is quote-only with sessions up to 12 hours. The rate depends on the currency you pick on the page, and the two are not conversions of each other: €2.50 per attendee in euros, $3.00 in dollars. Their own definition, worth reading twice because it decides your bill: one credit is spent for each unique participant, per session, over a 12-month period. Someone attending two different sessions costs 2 credits; the same person joining live and later watching the replay of that session counts once. Registrants who never show up cost nothing, and your own team members never consume credits. New since August: the FAQ now says what happens when the pack runs out — you get alerts as you approach the limit, and once you reach it new attendees cannot join a session until you move to a higher yearly tier. The pricing page itself does not say what becomes of credits you have not used at the twelve-month mark. On 30 September 2026 both rates read the same at the calculator's default of 400 credits (€2.50 and $3.00), the feature table capped live attendance at 3,000 per event on both Pro and Enterprise, and the pricing page still left the unused-credit question open. Re-read on 22 October 2026: the 400-credit default still showed €2.50 per attendee, Pro sessions still run up to 4 hours and Enterprise up to 12, and live attendance is still capped at 3,000 per event on both. Livestorm's help article on attendee credits, read the same day, settles the question the pricing page leaves open: unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period.",
