The listing fee is not one figure either: on a sub-$10K asset it is $29 flat for a 60-day term, $49 flat for a boosted three-month listing, or $199 per six months for Premium; from $10K the ladder is $49, $399 or $599 per six months; from $50K it is $129, $399 or $699. From $100K upward there is no self-service option at all — Flippa routes those to its own brokers at a single upfront $399 to $1,499 for a six-month brokerage term, with the success fee still on top. Buyers browse free — AI matching, Deal Room, FlippaPay, escrow and multi-currency are all included — and a paid buyer subscription ($49 a month or $490 a year, up from $388 a year in our July and August 2026 captures) adds 21 days of exclusive early access to new listings valued over $10,000. Payment charges are published too: FlippaPay from 1% and Escrow.com from 1.2%.",
